«They need to update the rooms. The bathroom needs to be painted and the door didnt lock. The ceiling looks like it will come down. There is chipped paint all over the property. The carpeting needs to be replaced. It looks like its been at least 30 or 40 years since the place has been renovated. The location is excellent and its near the water. Great views, but the property needs a major renovation and decorating.»

«I was very disappointed to see the condition of the room upon checking in. The fabric on both of the chairs in the room was heavily stained and had spots of matted dirt. The walls near the bathroom had spots of some type of sticky substance in several areas. I went to grab a quick shower and the first towel I grabbed had a large blueish stain that went through the fabric.
