«Overall stay at The Palmetto House was excellent. Location is less than a block from the beach and within two blocks of two great gulf front seafood restaurants. Gulf views from the property are now somewhat obscured by recent and ongoing construction of new homes and a Hampton Inn. Communication from hosts was top notch and I would feel very comfortable staying again at one of their properties.»

«We fell in love with it. It was clean and in a great location. It was 10 minutes or less from the beach, casinos, the coliseum, the mall and restaurants. I also loved the fact they were willing to accomodate us last minute for only one night. Most places require a minimum of two nights or more. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the near future.»

«The property was ok. If you rent the property do not use anything in the kitchen. They will charge your card when you check out for damages that did not occur while you were there. We were charged 70 extra for “0verscrubbing “ a pan that was used to boil hot dogs and then rinsed and put in the dishwasher as instructed. No scrubbing was done. The pan was already scratched when we used it. Be prepared to pay for extras when you check out!»

«Wonderful place to stay. The house was clean and layout was perfect for visiting and also having our own spaces. The only drawback was the train woke us up on multiple occasions since we were right next to the tracks. Hosts were very responsive.»

"Rommet er rent og ryddig. De ordner kun rom hvis du ber om det. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Var ikke innom kasino på denne turen. Bassengområdet er veldig fint. Man får eget håndkle og de serverer der du er. Vær tidlig ute på lørdager da det fort fyller seg opp i solsengene. Mulig å leie eget telt. Godt med aircondition både inne på hotellet og på rom."
