«The condo was lovely. Well stocked with everything needed. Larry is friendly and welcoming. The view early morning was very nice and peaceful, albeit its not a direct view to the wayer but lovely anyway. The location cannot be beat. We walked many times to Coligny for food, snacks, shopping. Love the Piggly Wiggly for an easy shopping atop. Discovered very good coffee at Als Hilton Head just up the road a bit and right near the tiki bar area. Will definitely stay in this condo again. »

«The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The unit was quite dark, and there was really nowhere to sit with natural light coming in. The living room furniture was very tired and could stand to be replaced. No ceiling fan in the bedroom. The bathroom shower curtains were filthy with mildew and mold on the bottom of the curtain. «This property was one if tbe best we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail made all the difference. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, bed was comfortable, the wireless charging stations were a plus, there were even beach towels. The only glitch was error on our part, we couldnt find the elevator!»

«The Magnolia House is an excellent property conveniently located to everything. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park.
