«I would give this property a 10!!! First of all, the location is great, we enjoyed listening to the ocean. We especially like the 3rd. Floor because the 4th floor gave you a lot of shade. The 4th floor could be brutal with full Sun. The property was CLEAN and came with all the amenities including Beach Chairs and beach Towels (an added Plus). «The villa was great. It was clean from top to bottom. Which you always hope for and don’t always get. A+ for sheets, towels, bathrooms, furniture, rugs, refrigerator, oven, doors and deck. Really nice. My few thoughts…there are a number of outlets not working in bathrooms and bedrooms. I also appreciate your choice of simplicity in the kitchen in regard to glasses, dishes etc.which were all clean and neat. «We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in this lovely villa. As other guests have mentioned, this unit is best for very close family due to the proximity of the bedrooms and the nature of the barn doors on the bathrooms. Additionally, if we stayed again, we would choose a shorter stay, as we found it difficult to get good sleep on the mattresses. Overall this is a wonderful unit.»

«Property and hosts were amazing. Everything from the kitchen being stocked with all necessities needed to the beach chairs, toys, beach itself and pool access are easy and so close! The view is beautiful lots of Dolphins and Deer. The bedrooms are roomy and beds comfy. Walking distance to bike rental and Salty Dog.»

Walk to Harbor Town in the evenings, walk to Giuseppe’s Pizza at Sea Pines Center, quick bike ride to Lawton Stables and the Forest Preserve, and an easy car drive to the Beach Club or out the Greenwood Gate for groceries! Nice to rent from an owner instead of a rental company: Small things like decent bath towels, Kleenex, good toilet paper and misc. kitchen supplies if needed. «The floors were not clean and we had hair clogging the drain in the master shower upon move in. Rug in family room needs cleaning Small 5 cup coffee pot. Otherwise was a great place to stay.»

«We have stayed at Beachside Tennis previously but had not been back since 2008. Our stay was wonderful and everything about our stay from booking, communication, check in process and description of the property was seamless. We enjoyed our stay very much. All amenities for cooking, towels and chairs for the beach were provided. The Pickleball courts just down the street from the property were also a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!»

«We had a great stay at The Alley! Everyone bowled their hearts out. Took us a few days to get the bedroom heat to work but that was user error on our part! lnitially we were bummed that the pool could not be heated due to the time of year and while we would have loved to have it, bowling took over! Our family of 12 came together to celebrate Christmas the week between Christmas and New Years. All agreed we would rent again!»

«Would give 5 stars but onlysupplied us with 2 towels for 3 people. Parking is a mess in Savannah but that is no fault of the Grant. Super convenient location cor all of downtown and the many things to take in. Would definitely stay here again »
