"The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of options, including a food court, shops, and a cinema, which was a big plus. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. However, the room was extremely small. We were three girls with minimal luggage, yet there was no space to open our suitcases on the floor. We had to place our bags, which had been in slushy snow, on the bed just to unpack. The room felt very cramped. The bathroom was nice, though. It had a large sink, which was convenient and nice. One downside was the lack of privacy and soundproofing. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked properly, and there was a noticeable gap underneath it, so sounds carried easily. We could also hear people in the neighboring room clearly even small things like sneezing — which made it feel far from soundproof. The location is good if you plan to use Uber or other transportation. While it’s close to the mall, the inner city is quite far away, and the outer area isn’t very walkable. Overall, the view from our room was lovely, and the staff were great, but the room itself was simply too small and cramped for three people even though the room is for three people."

"Ikke varmekabler på bad og generellt veldig kaldt på badet, dårlig merking av allergener på frokost. Mye tomme beholdere og tomt for brød en dag på frokosten. Kunne vert renere på rommet i hjørner og vegger på bad. "
