«Giannis was excellent - could not have been more helpful. The room itself was beautiful, partner found the bed a little too firm but I thought it was perfect. Free minibar was a nice perk. I wish the pool hours were longer but I understand from a liability perspective. The vending machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. Room was kept lovely and clean! John was absolutely amazing and very easy to reach, he helped set up an airport transfer for when we got to the island, gave us recommendations on places to eat and see on the island, and was easy to reach had we needed anything at all. Our plane didn’t land on the island until 11 pm and we had no issues with finding our room on arrival or checking in so late. «Room was spotless, well appointed and cleaned daily. Towels changed regularly also. Breakfast was repetitive but filling and honest. Happy hour was excellent with some amazing cocktails. The grounds and pool area were beautifully maintained and both quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and visible at all times, nothing was too much trouble.
