"We made the booking incorrectly and there was no option to change it. We understood that it was our mistake and took full responsibility for that. However, we still tried for over a week to contact the hotel to see if there were any possible solutions. Expedia / Hotels.com also attempted to reach them on our behalf. Unfortunately, the hotel simply ignored us. We would have had no issue if we had just received a polite response, even if the answer was no — but being completely ignored is very poor customer service."
