Welcome to this Warm & Inviting Place, close to everything in Sioux Falls. When you step in this home you can’t help but be in awe with the surprisingly welcoming and stylish updates. You definitely do not want to judge this book by its cover! We have packed this main level unit of the duplex house with a mid century modern influence and a contemporary cottage style. It has been remodeled and filled with high end appliances, designer style , custom furniture & custom window treatments and one of kind pieces.

The galley kitchen is completely remodeled with tile floors, quartz counter tops, soft close cabinets, open shelves, GE Cafe appliances, a hidden dishwasher, custom roman shades and plenty of dishes and All-Clad pots, pans and utensils.

The bathroom is newly & uniquely remodeled with designer style tiles, cabinet, quarts counter and fixtures.

The dining room is spacious and comfortable! There is plenty of sitting and walking room around this metal top table and can sit 6-8 people very comfortably, with the farmhouse, slat back chairs you could sit in for hours.

The master bedroom holds, for your comfort, a high end, medium soft, handcrafted Airloom mattress with a luxury adjustable base that includes zero gravity, massage features and lumbar support. The window treatments are custom made with top down / bottom up, light filtering Roman shades.

The second bedroom holds a queen size bedstead with a Serta IComfort memory foam mattress. The window treatments are custom made with top down / bottom up, light filtering shades and custom sewn drapery panels.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK: this is our home and the house we live in. We will not be here during your stay and you will have this main level unit 100% to yourselves with privacy. We have decided to travel more and rent our home out while we are away. We will secure or lock our closets that hold our personal belongings to help depersonalize the space for your comfort. You are welcome to use anything in the home that is not locked away. The house is setup like a duplex with the main level being the main unit and accessible through the front door of the house and the basement being the second unit and accessible from the back of the house. The kitchen door from upstairs locks so that you can be comforted knowing that you will be the only ones to have access to the main unit of the house. The lower level is also a rental unit in which the tenants only access through their own separate entrance from the back of the house. If you choose to rent this home, you will be renting the main unit/main level of the home and you will NOT be sharing any spaces of the home. Rest assured, you will have your own private entrance. . GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to main part of the house and property, including front yard, driveway, main level of the house. Guests will not have access to backyard or basement/lower level of house as they are designated for the other tenants. The door leading from the kitchen to the staircase that leads to the lower level will remain locked so that upstairs guests can’t go downstairs and downstairs tenants cannot access upstairs. No laundry available. House Rules:
LEAVE THE PLACE HOW YOU FOUND IT. No parties or get togethers allowed. 4 people max in the house at any time. PET OWNERS:
*NO CATS. Well behaved and fully trained dogs only are welcome!* Pets must be on the reservation and are a $50 per stay fee. Pets must be outside potty trained. Pets are not to pee or poo inside the house, even with the use of pee pads. Pets are not to be on the furniture or bedding. SCOOTER RENTALS:
We have 2 Segway Ninebot Kickscooter Max G30P Scooters available for rent upon request & based on availability. If you would like to rent them, please let me know so I can check availability and so we can make arrangements for the reservation. I will send you a money request for the rental mn amount. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries. They would be great to take downtown or to go check out the Falls Park or any events at the Levitt Center or even the zoo. Rentals available April-October if there is no snow on the ground.of
