«We are a family of 5 ( 2 adults/3kids). The place you stay is in the lower level of anther family's home. It has easy access to the lower level. We barely heard them above us. It is in a safe neighborhood. The lower level is cozy. Nice recliners in the living room to relax in. The beds were comfy and it has a small kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. «Great location, easy walk to stuff. Bed was very comfy. Clean room but the whole building has an old smell to it so the room would be fit from an air filter. Got warm in the room even though we had the fan and ac on. Thermostat never went below 74. Overall good stay!»

«It was a perfect, cozy home for my four legged fur baby and myself for 9 nights while teaching a class in Sioux Falls. The house is spotless and a short drive into downtown. The hosts were great with any questions I had and even had a nice card along with a few treats/poop bags for my dog. If I have a chance to stay again, I will definitely want to return. »

«This place has a lot of potential to be cute and clean. However, it has rats and millipedes…To make it brief - the flooring had holes in it which were covered over with throw rugs. The floor was slippery and dirty upon arrival and moldy bread was in the cupboard as well. Bathroom sink was dirty. While I could have overlooked these things, then the door lock stopped working and my husband tried for an hour to troubleshoot it. «This adorable house was perfect for us, especially because we love, buy and sell vintage items. Great funky vibe with a lot of great fun details. The hosts went above and beyond with a welcome sign noting my name and monkey bread! Lots of kitchen utensils and dishes, plenty of linens, really well decorated. Don't let the outside fool you! When you walk in, you'll be very pleased!»
