Very nice and spacious garden.The double bedroom upstairs shares the bathroom with the twin bedroom (with doors on both sides), but as we only had 4 kids coming, it wasn't an issue, as we could have all the kids upstairs and us downstairs, with the twin bunk empty. »

«The pictures are totally misleading as is the description. It says that it sleeps eight. There are two beds in each bedroom one of the queen size beds is surrounded by walls on three sides so the only way to get into it is to go over a footboard at the bottom of the bed the other queen size bed has approximately 8 inches on one side to getinto it. It’s advertised as a gourmet kitchen, which it is far from. For example, the silverware drawer had three forks. The exhaust on the stove was filthy ...

«Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. »

«Our stay here at the Italian Almafi Cottage was PERFECT! Communication with our host Thalia was prompt and she was sure to make sure everything was good for us the entire duration of our stay. The attention to detail in decor at this home is impeccable! You feel like you are in Italy while 5 minutes from the beach in Florida! «Easily the worst stay I have had. Just be aware that this is not a building in good shape. One is that the building is deteriorated enough that the floors all slant one towards one wall. We just used the place at night to try to sleep, but that didn’t go well either! But I felt that I was on a boat and my balance was off all the time. My son slipped on the floor in the bathroom and was pretty sure that the floor was leaning downhill. There are a lot of issues and concerns when staying here ...
