Good location The room is so small there is barely room for one suitcase. The bed was rock hard. The bathroom had a lot of insects, the staff said they would spray it but I don’t think they did as they were still there when I came back. I had to pay (a lot) to check in early, I have never experienced that and I have checked in early a lot of places in the world. Found that to be quite poor customer service, but maybe this is a thing in Singapore. It seems the hotel has a good vibe with different events each day, I didn’t try these but would probably have been fun.

Godt hotel
Hotellet er mer en fint nok, hvis man er ute etter et godt sted å bo i Singapore. Det er fine (men små) rom, men litt opp i høyden er det fantastisk utsikt og badet er utrolig deilig. Plasseringen er utrolig sentralt, rett ved ION, hvor metroen også går fra. Så jeg vil ikke nøle med å bo her igjen.

Very friendly staff. Service oriented and helpful. Check-in and check-out was super smooth, and they assisted us with any requests we made. Very nice breakfast and pool. Very nice place!

There's plenty space for business trip.But I was a bit worried that there was a bit of burrish in the room that wasn't mine. There are many types of breakfast so it's hard to choose what I want.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt safe and in a good location.

The foam base mattress was so hard and not allow body heat to dissipate easily . my wife and I were sweating and wake up frequently. This has seriously affect our sleep quality and when we wake up next day our body were aching.

オーチャードロードの大きな交差点から伊勢丹デパート側に少し入ったサイバーぽさのあるモダンなインテリアのホテル。客室は狭いがベッドの寝心地が良かった。IONや高島屋、パラゴン、サマセットのモールにも徒歩で行けるので便利だった。

My stay at Yotel Singapore was absolutely stellar! The check-in process was a breeze—quick and efficient, getting me to my room in no time. The staff were outstanding, always on hand to help with a smile, enhancing the experience with their attentive service. The rooms are a modern design and are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its prime location provides easy access to nearby shops and transport, making exploring the city a hassle-free experience. Yotel Singapore will definitely be my go-to accommodation for future visits! The only hiccup we had was at check in, had to get help paying due to machine not working and we ended up getting double charged for early check-in, however the hotel noticed and refunded without any input from me so absolutely no issue. The room is very small and if sharing as a couple be comfortable with each other as the bathroom offers no privacy and if part of larger trip managing large suitcases was a challange. But the location and facilities and breakfast were all great so overall a great experience, would stay again and would recommend.

Small, compact rooms. Excellent lobby staff. Overall, very clean. Shower lukewarm ( not hot). Excellent location and good value for short stay in Singapore.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Haben auch ein Zimmer in oberer Lage bekommen, wie ich angefragt hatte. Was gestört hat war der Lüfter im Bad, der dauerhaft an war und sich nicht abstellen lies. Viel Platz war leider auch nicht, hatten gerade so die 2 großen Koffer unterbringen können. Der Rest war super 👍

Room was a little smelly. Self check-in/ out was impersonal and there was a long checkout line. The staff was doing their best but they were stretched to the hilt and looked stressed. One generosly called me a cab and went out of his way to make sure I was ok.which is the only reason I didn’t rate this place a 1 star. Overall if I'd started with this hotel I'd have hated my stay in Singapore. Thankfully I only stayed here on my last night.

The hot water did not work in my sink or shower. Engineering came to fix it "they said", but it still did not work in my sink and in the shower I had to use the hand held handle. The hot water did not come out from the ceiling rain shower. Also, a bit noisy with kids running in the hallway up and down.
