The staffs were friendly & helpful, especially the one who serve me named Pop. The hotel itself has not much facility except the swimming pool. But its convenience to train station & malls, just a few mins walk.

Nice hotel in the WEST of Singapore
I arrived during the midnight for the check-in. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean and welcoming. Very Impressed and would recommend folks to choose Genting Hotel. Esp for those that are on business trips working in Jurong area. It was very convenient for me to get to Clementi where the goal of my trip is to accomplish some errands there. Super easy to get out and go back to as well.

Average stay far from Town
One of the very Average Hotels in Jurong. There are no other Hotels nearby . Breakfast is too ordinary. the prices are high comparing to services and hotel provided . worst situation is that the people deal only on mails and phone . so difficult to communicate.

In any case, the walls are thin and the sound echoes, including in neighboring rooms.
I cannot sleep if the neighbors are making noise until late at night.

It was a very convenient location to walk to public transportations. A couple of things I recommend for improvement are to offer more than one filtered water spot and better door closing. Me and my roommate made sure the door was closed every night but one morning we noticed the door was opened. Not sure what exactly happened.
