Room was not property cleaned. After checked into the room, found candy wrapper on floor and contact lens from previous visitors. Semi buffet was in a very sorry state and not worth a single cent being paid for. Concierge staff not able to tell exact timing of shuttle service ( was told next bus coming in 12mins and decided to go for a walk around the compound but it came almost immediately after we walked off ) So much restrictions in pool usage that might as well don’t even allow your non-villa guests to use at all. In fact there are so much of negative feedbacks that I would like to write but would summarised into a line “Who so ever thinking of staying there, don’t bother. Save your time and money for somewhere else nicer”

連住2夜,給5星評價,飯店整體舒適宜人,安靜,空間大、浴室超大、陽台景觀超好,在島上最好的是有各種免費接駁車,飯店門口就能隨時搭,要過去美食街環球影城也只要5分鐘。飯店一樓的餐廳也都好吃的極致,以後會常來。

Hotel is remotely located, but we enjoyed the quietness and shuttle bus service made moving around easy. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the room size and overall rooms were clean, but little details like dusting headboard, cleaning the hair off sofa could be improved.

Not good experience
I have requested to extend the check out to 12pm and they were ok with it however, when I came to the room, the key didnt work even though it was before 12pm. We had a toddler with us and the room was really far at the end it was a bit difficult for is to go down to just to get the key activated. If this was the case they should have told us in advance so we could activate it before we come up. And they asked to get water from water dispenser by our selves? We are paying more than 600 per night and we are not getting this kind of service? And breasfast so expensive but yet the quality is so poor

Great hotel, difficult to find if coming by foot.
Location a bit hard to find by foot, need to take a shuttle after a short walk from the monorail station. Google maps was a bit inaccurate. However, once you find the place. Great property. Secluded and quiet. The pool was empty. Downside food options limited aside from the hotel restaurant.

Peaceful family staycation over New Year's Eve
We booked a Garden Deluxe room. It was very spacious with lots of walking space even with an extra bed. While we expected a garden, we didn't realise the garden, bedroom and bathroom were pretty much the same size. Our favourite part had to be the pool. It was nice and peaceful unlike many of the other pools on the island. Great for families with kids as the pool was uniformly at 1.2m. Breakfast was either a set menu with side buffet onsite, or international buffet at Hard Rock.

We had a 1 night stay in the direct access pool room.. Everything was great and we love it there.. our son enjoyed his pool time and don’t even want to check out.. will definitely come again! Staff was great and helpful too!
