Vil du kose deg bestille denne leiligheten.
Jeg og min venn fra Sør Afrika hadde det gøy på dette hotellet. Leiligheten er akurrat som jeg så på nettet og de som jobber der var så hyggelig! Greit leiligheten med veldig bra kjøkken utstyr. Stor Plus var vaskemaskin som vi brukte to ganger innen en uke vi var der. Bra svømme 🏊 basseng og ok 👌 trening studio. Den er veldig sentralt med kjøpesenter neste døra. Og tbane er bare to minutter å gå. Mange forskjellige restauranter og bar ved siden av elven og den er tre minutter fra leiligheten. Bussholdeplass er foran.

Fin leilighet med 2 bad og vaskemaskin. Mye roligere enn i shoppingområdet. Basseng med kanskje litt få solsenger. Fin utsikt utover byen. Grei frokost inkludert på ukedager- kanskje ikke så mye å spise for barn... Egen mobil i leilighet som kan brukes til å ringe innenlands og med tips om severdigheter m.m. Billig og god asiatisk kafeteria ved siden av vinbar inne i shoppingsenteret som er verdt besøket.

This review is for the "Standard Apartment, 2 Bedrooms" room. Pros: Clean room and facilities. Comes furnished with basic kitchen and bathroom amenities. Bedrooms and living room have their own AC controllers. Friendly staff. Convenient location (located above a small mall with grocery store, pharmacy, 7-Eleven and several food options; short walk to metro; medical clinic close by). Parking available for a fee. Cons: One of the showers had a drainage issue that caused water to pool quickly. No AC in elevators. Occasional noise from adjacent building renovations. Wasn't able to get Netflix to work on the TV.

I stayed at head suites for 19 nights on a business trip. Recently renovated rooms, all new appliances and furniture. Bed was extremely comfortable , rooms quiet and plenty of space to work from the suite. Good access to public transport and plenty of choice of nearby restaurants

I really loved the location of this property, walking distance to so many malls, food centers, transportation and view was spectacular. I would love if the rooms were renovated as they are in dire need of an update; especially the bathrooms. The tub was very old in style and quite high to get in and out of for a petite woman. There was also no bidet to be had and that too was disappointing. The carpet in bedroom was old and so too were the bedding and robes provided. If they renovate the rooms will definitely be back, not until then!

You must try this
A well managed and kept apartment type short term stay hotel. Very convenient to all types of transport - bus, MRT and taxi. The famous Clark Quay is just across the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed there many times and is a home away from home.

The manager was very welcoming. When we arrived, she came down to the street level herself to help with the luggage. Was a really spacious apartment compared to the other one we were at before this. Even then things were not as expected the staff jumped to make things right! They even replaced the TV with a new one when the one in our room had poor sound quality. Would definitely recommend this as a place for someone staying for a while in singapore!

Comfortable, Good Location but could be Better
We stayed here over 2 weeks. The staff was professional and helpful. Their cleaning schedule 3 times a week was appropriate especially because of covid. The location was fantastic and the public transit options were great too. We enjoyed their swimming pool as well. However my husband and I didn't like how we couldn't have guests in the apartment. It was more strict than if we stayed in other hotels where up to 5pax were allowed in the room. At time of booking, BBQ was advertised and was something we hoped to use. They found out only much later that the BBQs were closed for maintenance. This could not have been a last minute decision and the listing should have reflected upcoming renovation works. We had a good stay despite not having guests and not using the BBQ pits. The TV was older too but that didn't bother us. Wi-Fi was extremely slow so we used own our data from our phones. We also learned that unlike other guests, we did not qualify for breakfast booking through Hotels.com. If the points I mentioned don't bother you, this is a good place to stay while exploring Singapore.

Reasonable, with room for improvement
The location, overall property condition and amenities within apartment itself were reasonably good. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of storage space. The quality of housekeeping service has plenty of room for improvement, e.g. furniture surface areas (dining table, coffee table, bedside table, TV, TV unit and speaker set, etc.) are not wiped down, gathering dust for weeks; washing up of kitchenware is also not done, including no cleaning of cooker, worktops or kitchen sink for the entire 3 weeks we stayed there. The frequency of housekeeping service is only three times per week, but it's skipped on public holidays, so we ended up having no housekeeping for five days. The process of changing bedding and towels only at guests' requests wasn't being practiced; they changed those each time despite the "change request" card not being placed on pillow or towels not put on floor. In addition, the bottles of water provided are just a waste of plastic and money for the hotel, as they don't really provide much value to guests, due to size of bottles being incredibly small. The breakfast is very basic but just about sufficient, although the proportion of healthy options Vs unhealthy bakery choices is way off. The buffet is filled mainly with bakery items & only 2-4 healthy choices. The timings of the breakfast are the shortest I've seen anywhere in the World (7-9am) and it doesn't really make sense why breakfast is not provided on weekends and public holidays.

Friendly staff. Large 1 bedroom suite. Kitchen included what I needed. Carpet in bedroom should be upgraded. Breakfast was sufficient and basic. It was heavy on bread items. Light on protein. Limited or no fruit.

Worked great for us!
It was a great place for us — very convenient to Metro stops, and the grocery store in the mall was great. The apartment was nice, clean, everything worked well — would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay! One thing that would have been good would be to have a roll of paper towels or napkins in the kitchen. We ate in a couple of times (particularly breakfast on the weekends, but also some cheese and apples for a light dinner) and really needed some napkins or paper towels to use. Also, wine glasses would have been nice. :)

Absolut empfehlenswert !
Park Avenue ist ein Hotel Appartement, mit genialer Lage und genialer Anbindung an mrt und bus. Und eigentlich kann man auch alles zu Fuß erreichen! Genau gegenüber ist der River Clark Quay, um die Ecke Chinatown, in Sichtweite MBS... zumindest wenn man das Glück hat, ein Zimmer oben zu bekommen , auf der richtigen Seite ;-) Es ist eine Küche , Schlafraum mit Doppelbett und angrenzendem Bad. Und endlich mal einen ordentlichen Kleiderschrank mit vielen Bügeln Auch ein offener Raum mit Couch und Tv. Supergutes wifi, Küche mit Mikrowelle, Backofen und Herd, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Wer hier kocht, ist selber schuld bei dieser Essensauswahl. Sogar Waschmaschine mit Trockner ist da, sehr praktisch bei dieser Hitze. Es ist ruhig im Haus, leider hört man den Straßenlärm, die Fenster sind nicht besonders isoliert. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle wahnsinnig freundlich und bemüht zu helfen in jeglicher Hinsicht. Das Frühstück wird am We und Feiertagen nicht angeboten, geputzt wird auch nicht jeden Tag. Im Haus direkt ist aber ein Seven Eleven :-)( 24 Stunden geöffnet!), ein Café, ein Supermarkt, und sogar eine nette Bar ( günstig ein Großes Bier für 10 Dollar). Mir hat es so gut gefallen, dass ich verlängert habe um weitere 6 Tage:-)) Preis/leistungsverhältnis finde ich unschlagbar. Ein Pool hat es auch mit Liegen, habe ich aber noch nicht genutzt. Zuviel zu sehen... Das einzige Manko : Frühstück ist hauptsächlich Süsskram.... kein frisches Obst / Früchte..

We loved this property. Great staff and located very close to Fort Canning MRT station. Small shopping centre with supermarket and restaurants right underneath also a taxi rank just outside. 5 minutes walk to a Robertson Quay which is full of waterfront restaurants. Very spacious and clean apartment with cable tv and fast internet. Free buffet breakfast and swimming pool.

We had a lovely unit with a separate bedroom & a well equipped kitchen with clothes washer & dryer. It was one block from the MRT which is cheap & easy transport around the city.

Comfortable hotel, great location.
We stayed 9 nights in this apartment hotel which is located between Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay, about 15 minutes walk from Singapore Down Town, very near to the Singapore River. Hotel was actually in connection with a small shopping centre, UE Square Shopping Mall. There was few shops, restaurants, coffee shops and a well sized grocery store inside the building. Nearest MRT-station (Fort Canning) was only about 2 minutes walk away. We were travelling as a family, 2 adults and two small children, so we decided to stay in apartment that had two bedrooms (one queen sized bed and a one single bed), two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower), livingroom and a kitchen. Room (around 75 sqm) also had TV, safe, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, oven, stove, microwave, Handy-phone, lots of lockers, sofa, dining table, all the furniture you needed and a fully working wifi (free of charge). Free bottled water, coffee, tea and toiletries were provided. Aircondition worked well. Housekeeping was provided three times per week. Breakfast was very limited but on the other hand it was free of charge. Bread, pasteries, egg, some fruit, juice, coffee and tee were provided and that was enough to get a day started. Hotel had a swimming pool and it never wasn't too crowded. Hotel staff was great! Singapore may be an expensive city to stay over but Park Avenue Clemenceau does have a great price of quality. We loved our stay!

Wie schon oft hier geschrieben, sind die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Wir hatten ein 2 Schlafzimmerapartment im 11. Stock. Leider stimmen die Bilder nicht mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Es war weitaus weniger und nicht so modern eingerichtet. Die Küche sehr dunkel, abgewohnt, mit Minikaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank ( alles sehr stark benutzt) ausgestattet. Lediglich die Waschmaschine schien neu zu sein. Geputzt ( nicht sehr gründlich) wird Di, Do und Sa. Man muss mit einem großen und einem kleinen Handtuch auskommen . Für die Küche ein Trockentuch und ein kleiner Schwamm. Geschirrspülmittel, Waschmittel (3) und in den Bädern alle Dinge, die man sonst in guten Hotels vorfindet waren allerdings vorhanden. Die Räume waren groß aber sind wirklich renovierungsbedürftig. Es gibt das Frühstück von 7-9Uhr Mo-Fr inklusive. Aber es ist sehr süß( viel Kuchen). Für Selbstversorger gibt es im gleichen Haus einen Supermarkt und ein 7Eleven. Die Lage ist ansonsten einfach super. Fort Canning Station in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Clarke Quay Viertel in 8 Min. ( Station in 10 Min) Big Bus Haltestelle direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielleicht hatten wir ein „Spezialpreiszimmer“, dass mussten wir uns schon mal woanders sagen lassen als wir mit Expedia gebucht hatten. Ansonsten sollte man etwas in den Zimmern tun, dann wäre es eine super Adresse.

Mostly good here. Good location right next to Fort Canning MRT Station and a 5 minute walk to Clarke Quay with all its bars and restaurants. Chinatown is one stop on the MRT. Our 1 bedroom flat was well equipped with everything you need, even a washer / dryer. The bedroom was rather small but the bed was good. The bathroom was a little tired but worked. The lounge and dining areas were comfortable and spacious enough. Staff very helpful and good natured. Breakfast (only Mon-Fri for some reason) only average. Not a hotel so your room only gets serviced every 3 days, which was fine by us. Price was fair consider it was F1Grand Prix week.

Family getaway
Park Avenue Clemenceau is a fantastic place for a holiday. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, dining, lounge & kitchen apartment was spacious and had great views of Clarke Quay. The location is perfect for access to Clarke Quay and Orchard Road. There's a taxi rank & public transport right outside. A shopping centre is also in the same complex. Nice walk to Suntec City & many other shopping centres nearby. Spoilt for choice of restaurants and pubs within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The staff were lovely and very helpful with every question asked. We'll be back for sure!

Great Location for Family Stay
We went for Park Avenue for its location compare with other service apartment with kitchen for young family. The building is not the newest with one swimming pool but everything else is really convenient. We rented a 2 bedrooms apartments which is really spacious. There are shops and restaurants in UE Square which is virtually the same building. Taxi stands and short walks to DT line. Basic breadfast but if you miss Asian breakfast like myself, there are lots of Hawkers in less than 5 minutes walk. Will stay with them again when I go back to Singapore.
