Grei hotel for de som vil bo på budsjett.
En grei hotel som er ganske nærme Orchard Road. Ganske så grei hotellrom, kanskje litt lite, og veldig dårlig isolering på dør til hotellrom. Så det er ganske høylytt i gangene. Føler man ikke får så mye privatliv med tanke på støy. Det var litt dårlig renhold i rommet. Spesielt badet. Doskålen var møkkete og insekter som krøp opp av vasken. Det finnes 2 basseng i hotellet. Et basseng på den ene siden er litt innestengt, men den andre har en ganske så fin utsikt ut mot kanten av hotellet i 2 etg. Gratis hotelbuss som stopper utenfor hotellet og kjører til Orchard Road. Frokost buffét var ikke så aller verst. Greit utvalg med mat.

Love the pool was very nice to relax in after hot day out. Nice room was small though. Good choice of restaurants handy if you don't mind paying a bit more for meals. Really nice looking property was in great condition. Laundry room very handy and easy to use. Will definitely stay again if I don't need to be central to all the action. Enjoyed our stay.

It's always an absolute pleasure staying at the MERCURE Singapore on STEVENS. The hotel is extremely spacious and I love the gardens and open concept that is so very relaxing. Whilst being close to the buzz of the city. The service is Excellent! I cannot recommend it enough.

The location was excellent we thought. Convenient for Orchard Road and Stevens MRT a short distance away. The shuttle from the hotel to those locations was very useful . The two pools and gym were extra benefits There were places to eat nearby and a 7/11 store that proved handy. The room itself was quite small and the hotel , like most in Singapore , was tall with 10 floors

Check in time was 3:00 pm, but when we arrived at 7:30 pm, the wait for check in was long and both rooms were NOT ready. We were first told that one of the rooms was ready and the other one will take 5-10 mins. However, when we asked the room number, we were told by the staff that the room number is not available although the room would be ready in 5-10 mins. We found it to be illogical but we were tired, so we simply dragged all our luggages to the room first. But, when we went up, housekeeper was still in the room, which was far from ready. So we went down, again, with our luggages, reported this and were told that the manager is looking into this, and they’d let us know what happened. We waited for a few minutes but did not want to wait further, so we told them we will leave for dinner first. When we were back, at around 10:30 pm, the other room was ready, but the manager did not know what happened. She then looked into it and told us that one room was ready while we checked in at 7:30 pm, which was not the case… She explained that they’re busy, and they cannot force their customers to check out on time. We are not sure how this is an acceptable explanation and it seems more like a problem of mismanagement, especially we did not arrive early, nor even on time for check in. We only arrived at the hotel after 7:30 pm. It was not a single person’s fault but the experience was terrible, nothing like a 4-star hotel or a hotel at all…

It was a nice hotel for a quick trip but very noisy from above my room and next store to my room with the neighbours desk chair scratching on the floor the noise was unbearable especially late at night, as well the breakfast is mostly cold especially the eggs other than that it was a pleasant stay😊

Only thing that i didnt give it a 5 star is the bathroom. Toilet is a square/rectangle but the put a small round toilet seat. Now my thigh is touching the toilet where everyone splashed on.

Brief but Delightful
Upon entry the lobby is aesthetically pleasing the pool is wonderful. The jacuzzi wasn’t hot/ same temperature as the pool. Overall my stay was great although brief. I will definitely stay there again.

Nice to walk to Botanical Garden
Clean enough, location is a bit far from central or tourist spots but reasonable price, good to have a walk to Botanical Garden in 20 mins and free to strolling around the park. Love to do it every morning when staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, Dehami at the front desk provided a warm and welcoming experience. The staff at the coffee shop were outstanding, even gave me milk for my daughter. The swimming pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing escape with its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. The overall ambiance of the hotel was enhanced by the friendly and attentive people throughout. A truly delightful stay!
