Helt fantastisk opplevelse!
Dette hotellet var fantastisk. Det startet med at rommet vårt ble oppgradert til junior suite. Frokosten var fantastisk, vi fikk en meny hvor det var forskjellig utvalg av blant annet egg.(omlett,kokt,stekt..) dette lagde kokken umiddelbart, i tillegg til at det var buffè. Det var basseng på taket hvor vi kunne låne hånkle og få gratis vann. På avreisedagen hadde vi ett ganske sent fly. Vi fikk da lov til å bruke bassenget,noe som vi ønsket og bestille mat fra resturanten. Og på toppen av det hele så fikk vi låne ett Hotellrom i 30 minutter før vi dro, hvor det lå linet opp rene hånkle og såpe så vi kunne ta en kjapp dusj for å freshe oss opp før reisen. Helt ypperlig service!

Rent, pent og totalt sett meget godt standard.
Veldig bra standard og hyggelig betjening. Litt treg resepsjon, de bruker mye tid på å lære folk en app de har, men den er ikke avgjørende. Veldig bra pool fasiliteter, treningsrom noe trangt men funksjonelt.

Spennende hotell med perfekt beliggenhet.
Hotellet hadde en perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til å gå til alt i sentrum. Rommene var fine og fint dekorert. Gode senger. Det som gjorde at det ikke fikk toppskår var servicen. De hadde lagt alt av styring av romfunksjonene på en app som vi lastet ned. Alternativt var det en tavle på rommet. Fikk ingen opplæring i å bruke denne. Så det ble mange telefoner og løping ned i resepsjonen for å prøve å finne ut av hvordan det virket. Frokosten var delvis kaotisk med liten plass og lang venting på servering. De gikk tom både pålegg og brødsorter. Men hadde nok valgt det samme hotellet igjen. Nå som jeg vet hvordan det fungerer.

Like the location. Very accessible to everything. Stayed 4N 5 days. Booked premier quad city view they said but the view was the roof top of nxt door hotel. The room was definitely not a quad room. We dont even have table for laptop. There was a small folded table but seems like supposed to be a table by the window but was removed and a single bed was pushed bside the window and another not comfy bed inserted in between a King bed and another single bed. We don't even have space to walk in between beds. Not worth the price! Very disappointed.

Excellent in every way: beautiful and comfortable with classic charm yet very modern facilities and the friendliest most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered—hotels in the US could definitely take lessons from them! Also very nice shower & lots of lights in the room - unlike most hotels in the US today that feel like a dark cave. Oh, and the breakfast is great! Special thanks to Hema and Marnani for their help but truly everyone showed wonderful hospitality.

Loved the crystal club rooms and services, well worth it if in your budget. Pool area great. Good location, walkable (Heat permitting) to all central attractions. (MBS a 30 Min walk). Friendly helpful staff.

An excellent location. Concierge and reception were very helpful. Dining - breakfast food was ordinary - dining area too small with the result there was queue from about 8.30 am. to get a table. Room was nice. Automated lighting system slightly confusing and lighting especially in bathroom not bright enough. Bed was comfortable. Nice pool area.

Centrally located. Most things within easy walking distance MRT just 200 metres and 3 shopping malls close by.

非常方便的五星Hotel
地點非常方便，旁邊就有數個大型百貨公司，離地鐵站非常近，叫Grab也方便。非常好的service 房間很寬敞也很舒服，唯一的兩個缺點是浴室的shower空間太小，然後馬桶的蓋子會發出聲音 價位來說，我覺得這個酒店還算不錯的選擇
