I stayed there last August and found the room spacious and very comfortable, so I booked a room in the same category this time. However, this time the room was much smaller and more difficult to use than last time. I was very disappointed even though it was supposed to be in the same category.

Great place to stay in singapore. Buffet breakfast was really nice. Rooms and overall hotel clean and modern. Hotel is walking distance to vast variety of restaurants along the river walkway as well. Railway and bus station is also just 3 to 4 mins of walk which makes it more convenient to travel around Singapore. Would highly recommend this place.

Lovely hotel, in a nice area … plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk. My only negativity is that I requested a room on a lower floor three times to be allocated one on the 24th floor …. Just couldn’t get near the window to look out!

Excellent hotel with a good location. Only disappointment was house keeping who took away 2 bath and hand towels only to replace with one towel each meaning I had to call for more towels. Shower gel also ran out.

Nice 4 star hotel
A normal 4☆ hotel. Locared near the havelock MRT which is very handy. Didn't eat in hotel. We weren't offered breakfast at check in so unsure of price. Check in took a while even though they like you to check in on-line beforehand. Pool area wonderful, a much needed cool down in the heat. Bedding smelt very odd. Everytime you moved in bed a strange waft would appear.

A real mixed bag. The water in my room was not hot and was not fixed promply. The room service I had was terrible, and considering the amazing restaurants in the hotel this was disappointing. OK, and not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel

Very average at best. No way near 5 star, more like a 3 star hotel. Location is good. Breakfast lacks variety and is quite basic. Staff, especially at the front desk, is not friendly nor helpful. Rooms are tiny and hallways have an awful smell. Would not stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel in a scenic, river-front location, with pleasant, helpful staff and offering good amenities. The buffet breakfasts are amazing (in terms of variety, quantity and quality) and are great value-for-money. There's a metro station just across the road, providing quick transport to the CBD.

Overall, my stay at Grand Copthorne was absolutely amazing! The recently renovated room was stunning, from the modern decor to the sparkling clean bathroom. It truly felt like a luxurious escape. The staff were exceptional from start to finish, and I want to especially highlight their willingness to accommodate a late check-out request with a smile. That said, there were a couple of minor things that held back the experience from being completely perfect. The bedsheets had an odd, slightly musty smell, which was a bit off-putting at first. While the room itself was immaculate, it took a little while to adjust to the scent. Additionally, the TV connection was quite frustrating. Neither Chromecast nor Airplay worked properly, limiting our entertainment options in the evenings. Despite these minor glitches, I still had a fantastic stay at Grand Copthorne. The incredible staff, beautiful room, and overall positive atmosphere more than outweighed the small inconveniences. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.Just be aware of the potential for a slightly funky bedsheet smell and temperamental TV connection.

It was very spacious and floor is very clean. I stayed without shoes and slippers : ) No room card required for electricity, so I could charge batteries when I went out.
