«Positive Points: The food was excellent. The restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The property is very nice, clean, well-maintained, and generally a pleasant place to stay. Negative Points: Unfortunately, the housekeeping and reception staff were not at the same level as the restaurant team. The room was handed over without towels. I called the reception three times, but my requests were not taken seriously. Eventually, I had to go to the reception myself, and I only ...

«Not usually a big fan of writing reviews but I feel the urge to do so now. This hotel makes you feel at home. It’s clean, food is perfect and it’s Organic, and the staff makes you feel like Home, in particular Shareef. this guy took care of all the details, even the stuff that I don’t think of: when I booked a fishing trip he took care of so many details, the soft drinks, ice , water, fresh juices and a speaker so we can enjoy our time. This is not something that I asked for. I wish I could come ...

«My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in an atmosphere of pure luxury. Every detail, from the elegant decor to the exceptional service, made the experience truly magical. The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and perfection in every aspect, making it an unforgettable getaway. I will definitely be coming back! If I were to mention one small downside, it would be the hotel’s taxi service. The drivers were a bit pushy and didn’t quite ...

Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort by Accor

8/10 Bra

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the surroundings were lovely, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and service-minded. We really enjoyed ourselves and were very pleased with our holiday. Unfortunately, this positive experience was overshadowed on the last day. We had arranged to pick up breakfast because we were leaving early. When I went to the reception to collect it, I was met by a receptionist who suddenly started shouting at me in front of other guests. He accused me—without cause—of using the word "fascist," lost his temper, waved his hands at me, and repeatedly told me to "leave." I found this experience deeply humiliating, unpleasant, and completely unacceptable. After the incident, I contacted the front office manager, Ibrahim, who apologized for what had happened and for his colleague's behavior. I appreciate that he took the time to listen and apologize. I hope the hotel management follows up on this matter so that no other guests have to experience being treated this way. Apart from this incident, our stay was fantastic, which is why I am giving this hotel 4 out of 5 stars:))"
