«The stay was ok but not anything to recommend. There was dog hair on the beds and moldy coffee in the coffee pot. It was cold and the mini splits had a hard time keeping anything warm. We had NO idea how steep the drive was to get to the house; a pretty harrowing experience to get there at night and a little scary for us that didn’t have 4 wheel drive to go back up. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience but we wouldn’t do it again »

«This is like home away from home. I pets were allowed access to the wonderful fenced in backyard. Our children recently moved to TN and the house happened to be 7 min. From their. It allowed us to enjoy Christmas day as a family. We will definitely choose to stay here again. The property management is very responsive and attentive about if anything is needed. It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. From downtown Cookeville. There are many state parks nearby also.»

«A friend and I stayed here so we could enjoy hiking at Scott's Gulf State Park. The house was absolutely perfect! Dawn was very friendly and communicates about everything. The property is so beautiful and the house is so cute and cozy. We're already talking about coming back to enjoy more hiking in the area.»

«Property was excellent. House was great. Close location to the events we were doing. The only slight complaint was that the house had a heavy smell of wet dog when we checked in. We tried to air it out and that helped with the smell. »
