«I messaged the hotel beforehand that I will check in late as I am coming from Machu Picchu. I asked them to make sure that someone is in the reception to open the door for me. And Rodrigo was there to open the door for me. He even put the bag I asked them to store for me while I was in Machu Picchu in my room.»

«Clean, cozy hotel with good access to the main center of the city, but more importantly, the staff are very kind, welcoming and respectful people.»

«The best place to stay in Cuzco. I spent 12 nights in this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast and amenities are aligned with those of a 4- or 5-star hotel. The staff were very friendly. Last but not least, the hotel is very close to the city centre (5-minute walk). If I had to come back to Cuzco soon, I would definitely book this hotel again.»

«The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful for any needs. The “air conditioning “ was only a heater but in the winter that was fine. Summertime may be a different story. All-in-all I was very pleased and would stay there again. The location is great- so close to Plaza De Armas. Breakfast was greasy and delicious every day.»

«The hotel picked us up at the airport in Cusco for free and drove us to the very nice located hotel, only 2 minutes walking to main plaza. The room was very cosy and had all facilities needed. Breakfast was also good and you could get in early in the morning in your room or in the breakfast area. The staff was also very service minded and helpful. They had a driver which they booked for us to take us to Ollantay for Machu Picchu and the bus station when leving for a good price. They also ...

«It is right behind the Plaza (about 200m), but it is quite upslope. So, if you just in-and-out once a day, should not be an issue. if you join any tour, that will be great option. The staff is helpful, and friendly.»

«God frukt på frokosten»
