«The best place to stay in Cuzco. I spent 12 nights in this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast and amenities are aligned with those of a 4- or 5-star hotel. The staff were very friendly. Last but not least, the hotel is very close to the city centre (5-minute walk). If I had to come back to Cuzco soon, I would definitely book this hotel again.»

«The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful for any needs. The “air conditioning “ was only a heater but in the winter that was fine. Summertime may be a different story. All-in-all I was very pleased and would stay there again. The location is great- so close to Plaza De Armas. Breakfast was greasy and delicious every day.»

«The hotel picked us up at the airport in Cusco for free and drove us to the very nice located hotel, only 2 minutes walking to main plaza. The room was very cosy and had all facilities needed. Breakfast was also good and you could get in early in the morning in your room or in the breakfast area. The staff was also very service minded and helpful. They had a driver which they booked for us to take us to Ollantay for Machu Picchu and the bus station when leving for a good price. They also ...

«It is right behind the Plaza (about 200m), but it is quite upslope. So, if you just in-and-out once a day, should not be an issue. if you join any tour, that will be great option. The staff is helpful, and friendly.»

«Fantastisk!

«Our stay at Monasterio was truly unforgettable. The hotel is beautifully located, with stunning architecture, elegant rooms, and an atmosphere unlike anywhere else. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Roger, Julio, Wellington, Rosa, and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. Your warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay extra special. The breakfast was outstanding, and every lunch and dinner was equally delicious. Every moment ...
