«The location of this property could not be beat! It is directly across from beach access 11, which made day trips to the beach a breeze. This condo is perfect for a solo trip or for a couple looking for a little getaway. The trolley stop is right outside the location so you can hop/off to get around the island. There’s some beach gear available to use: umbrella (bring something to dig a hole in sand) two chairs (but one is broken) and a nice carry cart that turns into a table once you get there. ...

«The “TikiHut” was a cute 1 bedroom with everything we needed, including a great screened-in-porch to relax. We hung out at the pool, used the outdoor grill and seating, were able to wash clothes as needed, and there were kayaks available too. It was easy to get around by the Breeze free trolley. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here!»

«Yes nice view from balcony but kitchen windows are right across (and very close) to elevator so kitchen shades must be closed all the times. Shower pressure was non existent but was partially fixed by maintenance making it almost acceptable for use. Beautiful beach. Nice quiet area away from the crowds of Siesta Key proper.»
