«Leider sag das Zimmer nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es handelt sich eher um eine Jugendherberge.. das Bad/ Dusche war sehr veraltet. Das Balkon war in keinster Weise einladend.. Auf der Bettwäsche und auf einigen Handtücher gab es Flecken.. diese wurden am nächsten Tag gewechselt.. die Waschmaschine wäre schuld daran sagte man uns. Wir hatten für 2 Nächte gebucht und sind jedoch nach der ersten Nacht abgereist.»

«Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. "A few things worth mentioning for future guests: Breakfast is not included – it costs €20 per person, so it’s worth considering whether to pay extra or find something nearby. The sun terrace doesn’t open until 10:00 AM, and it fills up quickly. If you want to secure a good spot with a sun lounger, you need to be there right when it opens. The rooftop bar doesn’t open until 2:00 PM and closes at 11:00 PM, so it’s not available for lunch or late evenings. With a bit of planning around these opening hours, this is a solid choice, but it’s good to know about the limitations in advance. Let me know if you’d like a different tone (more positive, more critical, shorter/longer), or if you’d like me to add the hotel name and location."

"Very nice and comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Reception desk open at all overs. Due to rescheduled flight we arrived in the middel of the night and welcomed with a smile. Hotel located in quiet street, but close to the Concha beach and old town."
