An exclusive detached 2 floor villa surrounded by a charming independant garden of 400 sq metres, ideal for a large family or group of friends. Extra bonus the garden with a wrought iron gazebo covered with jasmin ideal to enjoy relaxing moments with an apertif or a coffee together.

Entering the villa is the fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances and cultery and crockery for 8 guests.

Ground Floor of the Depandance is a huge living room . On entering through the double glass door there is the lounge with a fireplace ,two sofas and a TV. An ideal spot to relax together !

Continuing along the ground floor there is another living area with a sofa bed for two, bathroom with shower and tub and a fully equipped laundry room.

A Travertine stone staircase leads you to a lounge (where there is a sofa bed for 2 )onto which there are two double bedrooms plus two bathrooms.

The first doublebedroom to the right is of ample dimension and contains a small study with writing desk and arm chair.

2nd double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

The entire 1st floor has wood beam ceilings ,parquet floors and spendid views over the sienese countryside.

The Welcome Kit on arrival contains the following : two bottles of mineral water, italian coffee for moka, american coffee with filters, a selection of a variety of tea, brown and white sugar, fine and large grain salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, disher washer tablets, sponge and washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, paper napkins, grease proof paper, aluminium foil and plastic film.,detergent for washing machine and all necessary household linens.
