A nice place with nature
I really liked the nature and the pool. The pool has a nice waterfall which was great for a back massage. The room was big and smelled great with lemongrass oil. The AC had a hard time keeping the room cool, but the hotel fixed it up for us. There were two things that bothered me. First was the music at night. I slept ear buds and my roommate could sleep even if there was music. I did tell them to lower the music or turn it off, they were willing to do that too. They were willing to accommodate us whenever. Second is the location. There were restaurants on the main street and the villa did have food, but some of their items were missing because of Covid. It was a short tuk tuk drive to the city to get food, but costs adds up the more you do it. I would have liked to walk there, but it was ok.

We loved the staff at My Unique Villa, especially Mary who gave my 3 year old so much attention throughout our stay. They were all so friendly and helpful with recommendations of what to do and see, booked tickets for us, arranged transport, and were attentive all hours of the day. The location is a 10-15 minute Tuk tuk ride from the city center, making it a quiet little garden oasis, but still accessible. It has a nice pool, a family of little kittens, and relaxing baths in every room. The hotel is quaint, definitely not fancy, but it kept our little family happy all 10 days of our trip.

Very nice people and helpful. Only problem we had was the tuk tuk driver that took us back to the airport demanded 5 dollars for taking us to the airport. It was supposed to be included but we just paid it.

My Unique hotel
L'hotel é l'ideale come posizione, vicino al rumoroso centro città, ai mercati ed allo street food che si raggiungono in meno di dieci minuti su di un tuk tuk, manel contempo offre stanze grandi ed una amabilissima piscina da godersi specie dopo un tour nel caldo dei monumenti archeologici . Il personale é fantastico , gentilissimo ed estremamente efficiente nel dare risposta alle richieste.

Great little place in good location
My stay here at my unique villa was fantastic. The service was amazing and staff super friendly. The only watch out is I was meant to receive 20% discount on food and beverage but that didn't happen. I strongly suggest trying the Herbal scrub and Honey and Cucumber facial!

Great hotel
I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are extremly helpful and attentive. The breakfast was really nice. The building and grounds seemed well maintained as was the pool. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a pretty good experience at the villa. Our airport pick up was a little bit sketchy though. It was 6 of us with 12 pieces of luggage and we were picked up by 2 tuk tuks, even though we had confirmed with the staff prior regarding our numbers and luggage. Besides that it was a pretty good stay for the price. the exterior of the villa looks a little bit questionable, but once you step inside it was like an oasis. Nice and comfy. The beds were a little hard and I would have preferred a stand up shower in my room, but it was ideal for a 2 night stay and it was in relatively close proximity to most things. I would definitely recommend this villa for a budget friendly accommodation. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Tv, non funzionante hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto ad aggiustarla, ma per tutta la durata del soggiorno niente tv, camera sporca, sotto il letto c'erano carte di caramelle ecc...distributore di shampoo e bagnoschiuma vuoti......l'ultimo giorno acqua fredda...., asciugamani solo quelli grandi, quelli piccoli abbiamo dovuto chiederli noi e l'indomani solo grandi di nuovo.... la colazione non era al buffet come nella descrizione e con poca scelta di cibo, fra i succhi potevamo scegliere ananas e arancia, ma per tutte le colazioni avevano solo arancia e avevano finito ananas senza alternativa.......ci dicevano oggi non c'è... ma anche domani.....

Staff lovely, facilities and location lacking
The best thing about this place was the staff- very attentive and friendly, always happy to help. The hotel itself was tired and in need of refurbishment. The pool was dirty, AC leaky and noisy and the rooms could do with frequent airing and a deep clean. The location is about 10-15 mins out of town so you need a tuk tuk to get to anywhere, although they are easy to pick up outside, but it does add to the cost of the hotel so what seems like a cheap room rate isn’t all that cheap once you add the daily tuk tuk rides. Breakfast was included with the room which was one of the reasons I booked here. However is was poor quality. Long life bread/croissants. Instant coffee. Dilute OJ. As a vegan, I relied on the fresh fruit, however I was informed that they had run out a couple of times. Fairly sure I was the only one in the hotel at some points so not quite sure how this happened. Overall, if you just need a bed, great, however I wouldn’t recommend sytaying there for anything else.

Two adventurers
Such a nice quite little place to stay. We loved the pool and the employees were very nice. There is even a hot shower and breakfast in the morning. The hotel is a little out of the way but that's also the plus. It cost 2$ american to get a tuk tuk to town. We rented bikes through the hotel and even a tuk tuk for a day to visit temples. Just let them know when you are going back to the airport and they arrange for it right there. Negative- Our room was full of mosquitoes when we first arrived but once we got the air conditioning running they seemed to disappear.

Nice staff, spacious room&facilities, decent food
We checked in very late that night at around 8 at night, still the staff members greeted us with a big smile on their face and were very polite. They gave us a cool towel to chill, and speak good English. Room was spacious, however floor was dusty, I guess it’s common because air in Siem Reap is in general very dusty so dust can be trapped inside the rooms easily. Other facilities was very clean though. Breakfast was okay, enough to fill you up. If you need to catch sunrise at the temples and want breakfast before breakfast time, you can ask them and they have breakfast boxes with fruits, boiled eggs and bread. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Prearranged shuttle did not show. Took hours to get from airport to hotel. Located on a dirt road with garbage everywgere. Pool was empty and many items were broken i side the room. Nothing like the exteriir pictures

Misleading Photos, Corner Cutting, Friendly Staff
Here is a list of pros and cons from my stay to help you with your decision: Pros: -Breakfast included with options. -Staff is friendly and accommodating. -Airport pickup and drop off available. Cons: -Misleading pictures make the facility look bigger and nicer than it actually is. The “restaurant” is just a few tables outside next to the pool. -The location of the hotel is off of the Main Street and far away from everything. There are no lights on the road and a portion of the road is unpaved and filled with massive potholes. It was quite unsettling going to and from the hotel in the dark and I sometimes questioned the safety of the area. -The hotel entrance is small and sometimes they shut off the lights for their tiny sign, likely a cost saving maneuver, but this makes it difficult to find your way back to the hotel in the dark in an unsettling area. We passed it by Tuk Tuk twice because it was so dark before we Finally found it on the third pass. -The place is pretty quiet most nights, although there was a loud night. -Swimming pool was disgustingly dirty and unusable. Staff didn’t turn on the pool skimmers and jets until they saw us sitting there on the edge, another corner of cost they are cutting. There is no hot tub, although you probably wouldn’t want one with the heat. -Leave your air on by accident when you leave and they shut it off downstairs as your punishment without telling you. Forcing you to deal without or contact somebody to restore it.

従業員の方たち対応がとてもいい
部屋は広くて過ごしやすかったです。目の前にプールがあるせいか夜は蚊がいて、私は蚊に刺されやすいのでとても気になりました。４泊しましたが、従業員の方たちが若く対応がいつもとても爽やかで、本当に気持ちよく泊まれました。オークン(ありがとう)!

Quiet stay in Siem Reap
This hotel is small and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood away from the chaos of the main road. Breakfast was very good, and it was a very relaxing stay. Tuk Tuks hang out in front of the entrance and it only costs 2-3$ to be transported to the center of the town. Good selection of cable channels in English. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and close to all
This is a quaint place between the airport and town. 10 minute tuktuk either way. The staff was friendly and helpful. The whole resort was immaculate. My only issue was that my room did not lock nor did the safe work, so I took most valuables with me and crossed my fingers that the laptop would be there when I returned. It is a pretty secure resort so no strangers are wandering around. all worked out fine.

シンプルでよかったです
中心部から少し遠かったので、往復の移動には毎回トゥクトゥクを利用しなければなりませんでしたが、ホテル自体はスタッフの対応もよく気持ちよく過ごせました シャワールームのアメニティがきれていましたが、翌日補充してくれました(笑) 大通りからホテルに入る道の入り口にいるサンド屋さんがとっても美味しかったです

very nice hotel in siem reap outside of the city
we end up staying for two weeks in this hotel. the staff are really wonderful people and the food was really good. close by you have a lot of restaurants and many street food places without the tourist crowd. we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. good quality and value for money.

綺麗でよかった。サービスもなかなかよかった 。しかし、プールが少し汚く、入る気になれなかった。 朝食もおいしく、バスルームには浴槽がついており日本人にも好まれるホテルではないだろうか。ベットのシーツが毎日交換されていないようだったので、衛生面をもう少し意識した方がいいと思う。

Super Hotel in versteckter Lage
Das Hotel ist sehr gut, freundlicher Service (aber nur bedingt ausreichende Englischkenntnisse) und geräumige Zimmer. Problem war die Anreise, wenn man nicht weiß wo das Hotel liegt sollte man sich von einem TukTuk hinführen lassen. Ansonsten alles gut und zu empfehlen, WLAN läuft und das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück reicht für einen guten Start in den Tag aus.

Det här var ett av de sämsta hotellen jag bott på och då har jag rest mycket och bott på många och oftast billigare hotell i Asien. Rummet var stort och fräscht men det var typ det enda som var bra. Välkomstdrink ingick inte som det stod, efter att ha frågat om det två dagar fick vi till slut (efter att ha pratat med chefen) två små glas juice från ett tetrapack. Frukostbuffé fanns inte som det står när man beställer utan det var frukost på beställning. Ofta fick vi inte det som ingick utan var tvungna att säga till. Varje gång toapappret tog slut fick vi säga till, städerskorna fyllde inte på detta trots att det var slut vid städning. Vi klagade på detta men vi fick inte ens en ursäkt. Handdukar byttes inte en enda gång. Poolen var så smutsig att man knappt vågade bada. Läget var dåligt men det vet man ju vid bokning. Jag rekommenderar inte detta hotell, finns troligtvis andra trevligare med bättre läge och lägre pris.

La descripción del hotel transmite algo distinto a lo que es. No hubo agua caliente en los dos Dias que estuvimos y el wifi funcionaba mal. Alejado del centro en una zona donde no hay nada más que el hotel. Igual está bien si uno no va con demasiadas expectativas: tranquilo y personal muy amable.

Situated about 10 minutes by tuk tuk from town centre, a location that turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it offers peace, quiet and a good night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle. Big clean de luxe room , firm but comfortable bed, with good sized balcony. Very helpful staff, especially Mr Sothea and Mr Vet, both of whom speak good English. Also Mr Lisa, hotel driver of tuk tuk Number 7 who is not only super careful but was also always helpful, cheerful, and incredibly accommodating over three full days. Lovely pool to enjoy after a hot day exploring. An excellent value hotel.

A nice and calm stay.
Nice and tidy Hotel, The room was good and the pool was nice. Great check-in. The Hotel is a bit from the citycenter but it is easy to get there with a tuktuk. The staff seemed a bit to disapointed when we did not want to use their services for going to Angkor Wat, not appreciated.

We enjoyed staying here. Fill like leaving in nice cozy bungalow with garden. Hotel is on Small Street and access road to hotel is not good.

Staff members of this hotel are very hospitable. They are always there to assist you with patience and smile while on duty. Room service is everyday. They change towels with clean fresh every time when they make up the room. The hotel is very quiet and serene. You need a ride to the city center or any place that you want to visit. City center is not really far, you could ask for a Tuk Tuk vehicle which is a common transportation here. Thumbs up! to the team at this hotel.

This hotel locate in town but far from shopping area or night market. It does not problem We used tuk tuk sevice to everywhere . Tuktuk service is not expensive & more comfortable
