High quality for a decent price
We stayed at the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel for a week. It was my third visit to Siem Reap, so I knew what to expect of the town.
You will be greeted by an overwhelming welcoming committee every time you enter the reception, offering wet towels and water.
The hotel is built around a pool with very clean water. They offer pool side service with cocktails and snacks. In the evening they have a restaurant with a decent menu. The tenderloin was very good.
If you have included breakfast, you can order it from a menu every evening. They will then serve it by the pool or at your room/balcony at the time of your choosing.
Housekeeping will clean your room every day when you are out.
There's a minibar, so you can have cold drinks in your room.
All in all we are very pleased with the stay, and can recommend it to others as well. The value for money is pretty good.
There's another hotel with the same staff/owners, so you get an offer to go see a traditional dancing show with dinner. It was worth the trip.
Be aware that the hotel is located close to Pub Street, so there may be some noise from the street. Bring ear plugs if you have a hard time sleeping because of music and sounds. We chose the location because it is close to Pub Street, which is literally one block away.
