Dear our value guest, Miss..... we thank you for your kind support for staying at our Eco-home, we are once again wan to give you information about your stay here, if we don't get confused you are the guest that we have served in our deluxe private room with A/C, you booked for the shared dorm with fan and shared bathroom, but we hosted you in the reality of the air conditioning private room with the private bathroom as well,.. note with the price you paid $2/night, but we hosted you in the room of $15/night (which is great, we thought you should have thanked the for staff doing that for you) Also, at the dorm room, we think we did not host you there, might be you get confused with another place? Also we have found out that when you left, you did not leave us the key of our private room (which it costs us $5 to copy the new one :( ) we find ourselves, we had a bad luck with you. Though, it is okay, we are happy, our home is very simple, we love the nature, and we love good people ONLY when staying with us, plus those who wish to have peaceful stay, one of the important thing is. Dear Grero On, We thank you for staying with us, though we are very sorry to hear about what you mentioned, we do have a share room at our home, plus we do have a private room with a/c and private room, please note that we have mentioned on our amenities for the dorm room, no hot shower, and no a/c as this dormitory room is for those who have a tie budget to stay, and for those who wish to communicate with other travelers while traveling. Also for the trash bin, we do have it side of the room, the reason we do not want the smell in the room, hope you can understand that. We want to confirm with you as well that we do lockers for guests to use, but we think it might be a language problem that you did not ask the staff or the staff missed your questions. (we could consider for our staff here in which we will) Also please be informed, we are NOT hotel, our home is called "Teacher's Home Siem Reap" this name as title it to be a home stay where the owner aims to help travelers find safe place to stay when they are in Siem Reap. We hope you enjoy your travel here in Siem Reap or elsewhere in Cambodia, and hope you can find a nice fancy hotel. Kind Regards,

Reject and Confirmation We, the management team at Teacher’s Home Siem Reap would love mention the review below is Invalid as this group of guests (3people) had a problem with of a misunderstanding booking bill, they book for one adult and for two people only according to the two bills below, but they do not agree as these bills show,.... in contrast they ask us not to charge them for the third person or they would review us a bad review,... we relied “we never buy any reviews, but please show us your third booking bill if you can” in the end they failed to show us their booking bill,..now it is shown they write us this review because we ask them to pay for their friend (the 3rd person) So we would love to announce this review from this person is invalid and it is really wrong for what she does! And we will file a complaint to the online booking system as well.
