The holiday home offers a private outdoor space with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The house is situated in a very quiet, detached location on a 645 square meter south-facing plot in the Vorauf vacation park near Siegsdorf, Inzell and Ruhpolding and its location offers an ideal starting pointfor a variety of activities. In the vacation park there are tennis courts, a children's playground and football pitch, skating and basketball courtsand in winter a cross-country ski trail as well as a ski slope with drag lift in the immediate vicinity. In addition to numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, you have a central starting pointfor excursions to the Chiemsee, Waginger See, Königsee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden as well as short distancesfor skiing and cross-country skiing or for cycling and mountain hikes. Recommendations are available for you in thehouse.

If you don't want to use the car, you can also take part in the organized excursions from the holiday village.

Parking spaces are available 50 m from the holiday home; only short-term parking (max. 30 minutes) is possible on the property.
