Ideal for outdoor activities and excursions: alpine pastures, mountains, lakes and Upper Bavaria’s finest scenery, with excellent transport links. Salzburg: 20 minutes; Munich: about 1 hour.



This charming timber A-frame house with large windows resembles a giant tepee, offering a hideaway for up to 5 guests. Downstairs: bedroom 1 with queen-size bed, bathroom, kitchen and a spacious, bright living/dining room with sunshine, beams and a large south-facing balcony with direct garden access. Upstairs left: bedroom 2 with king-size bed. On the right, small bedroom 3 has a single bed, small balcony and a passage to main bedroom 2. The “Jazz” stairs are unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility or toddlers.

Heating is provided by infrared stone panels and an electric fireplace with cosy flame effects. Unlimited calls to all European networks, Wi-Fi, DAB radio and a smart TV are available. A private, well-kept, fenced garden surrounds the house, with a beer-garden bench, hammock and barbecue. Your own little paradise in beautiful Chiemgau.



Small private parking space at the house. Large vehicles park below the house in the communal car park by the stream, also home to the organic and general waste bins.



The kitchen is fully equipped, including basic food supplies. Extra towels or linen are available for an additional fee. A cleaner can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee.
