It's a lovely little studio apartment. Very clean and the color scheme is very cute. It's located right in the middle of Sibenik old town. Every tourist attraction spot is just a couple of minutes away. We loved roaming around the cute, clean streets of Sibenik. So lively even at midnight. But not noisy. So many restaurants and bars and the beach/harbor is just a couple of minutes away as well. So easy for us to get everything and taking boating trips out. The owner is thoughtful and provided us with a list of all the parking spots nearby, and we had towel changes as well. Loved every moment of Sibenik.

There are 4 apartments, one on each floor. Ground floor has direct access to shared courtyard. Top floor is the most spacious one. Apartments are on the edge of old town. Short walking distance to everything. Apartments are clean, updated, have kitchenette with kitchenware . Easy communication with the manager.

Beautiful apartment with kitchenette. Brand new inside but still has old world charm. Had enough utensils for light cooking including microwave, fridge and stovetop. Communication was very prompt. I had zero issues getting into the apartment. There’s a code lock for the door which meant I could check in at any time and didn’t have to wait for anyone. Perfect location - in old town, 5 minute walk to bus station and 10 to ferries. Grocery store was 3 minutes away. Extremely clean. Wifi worked well. The owner and staff immmediately alerted me that I had forgotten some items so I was able to get them before I left the city - thank you! Highly recommend. The one thing I will mention is that there are stairs and no elevator and the stairs were very narrow. Not an issue for me, but if you have mobility challenges and wide/large suitcases you may want to ask for the apartments in the bottom for next floor io and not the top level.

In centrum Sibenik
Het appartement lijkt redelijk nieuw. Mooi gedaan, hoewel het wel kleiner is dan op de foto's. Het ligt in de oude kern van Sibenik. Parkeren in parkeergarage 5 min verderop. Enkel communicatie via berichten, geen persoonlijk contact. Hoewel het niet koud was, vonden we het gek dat er geen dekbed of deken aanwezig was, alleen een overtrek.

I like that it was quiet but do like the fact that I could not drive up to the property to drop off our bags. There are nice restaurants and the location is excellent.

Hi Dominik, thank you for your kind words. We are located in the historic town center which is pedestrian zone so it is not possible to drive directly to the house but the main road is just 25m away so no problem for lugage.

I'm sorry if you didn't get more sunlight, usualy there is plenty. We honestly advertise the size of the appartment and its facilities.

The apartment is tastefully finished and has a lovely little courtyard right outside. This is a great location for seeing Sibinek on foot. We especially appreciated the local restaurant recommendations!

네사람이 아파트 하나만 예약 ㅠㅠ 쇼파베드는 그냥 쇼파임. 그런데 맘씨 좋은 주인장은 쿨내나게 하나 더 쓰랍니다. 허참. 위치는 성야곱성당 지척. 깨끗하고 쾌적했어요. 주차장 사용은 주인장께 사전에 연락해 보세요.

Erg prettige locatie en een mooi verzorgd appartement. Zeer comfortabel bed en super goed afgewerkte kamer. Leuke host, met een goede uitleg van de stad en andere leuke tips. Zeker doen! Sibenik vonden we ook een erg mooie en gezellige stad!

The location was perfect. It was right in the middle of many restaurants, bars and beautiful pedestrian walkways. Also the fortress was very close. Bread shops & markets were right across the street. The only issue was overnight parking. The parking that he recommended was a 7 minute walk away, and cost 7 Kuna/hour (we were able to keep our car there overnight). It would've been nice to know that before booking.

Best apartment we stayed in, in Croatia!
Best apartment we stayed in, in Croatia! The location is great, just on the outskirts of town in close proximity to a shop. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom & shower amazing and even had a lovely little courtyard to use. We had communication via WhatsApp about check-in and we were able to check in early which was a huge help. Matija was super helpful when we checked in and sent us over some recommendations for food and places to visit! Overall a great stay & am looking forward to staying again in the near future!

SEJOUR A SIBENIK
Chambre très moderne aménagée avec des matériaux de très bonne qualité. Propriétaire très sympathique qui nous a donné tous les renseignements utiles à notre visite de Sibénik. Chambre un peu petite pour 3, mais pour une nuit cela n'est pas gênant. Tout était d'une propreté irréprochable.

Everything about this apartment was just perfect.. from the location to the communication about our stay. It is so centrally located in the heart of the old town, down a lovely quiet little street. The apartment itself is well decorated and so modern and clean, with a lovely bathroom. It has everything you could need for your stay. The apartment feels so safe and secure. Matija was absolutely lovely to deal with, and gave us great recommendations for things to see and restaurants in the area! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment for a stay I'm Sibenik!

Smart modern apartment in beautiful old city
Fantastic communication from owner to help us get to the apartment. Met us in car park and helped with bags. He also provided lots of useful information on places to go and restaurants. Apartment is cosy in beautifully restored old house in middle of gorgeous old town. Everything is very modern and new in the room and there’s a lovely shared courtyard. Thanks for hosting us, we loved our short stay and would be keen to return.

Amazing stay in Sibenik
Great location, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, large shower. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Location was near great restaurants and attractions. Great place to stay especially if you are visiting Krka National Park. Great communication, and at check in we were given valuable recommendations on parking, attractions, restaurants, and even craft beer. Overall a fantastic stay.

Appartement neuf et impeccable
Au top :-). Accueil, agencement, confort et situation géographique. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet appartement tout récent et bien équipé. Notre voiture de location était garé à 1km sur un parking gratuit (l'appartement se trouve dans le centre historique entièrement piéton). Supermarché et restaurants à 2 pas, appartement au calme avec une cour intérieure.

We are sorry for the inconvenience with finding your car in the parking lot. We apologize that we couldn't take you immediately to the car but we were at work so we came as soon as we could (in approx.15 min). Apartment is situated in heart of old town and there are some restrictions concerning parking but there are enough payed and free parking places. Despite that we hope you had a nice time in Sibenik. :)
