«The staff at Hyatt Place were exceptional. We stayed there for several nights while waiting to get an apartment in the area, and with two small kids and a lot of luggage we required a lot of special treatment. The staff were friendly and helpful, we felt right at home and well taken care of. The staff were friendly with the kids and were even allowed to store our things in their storage room for a few days. »

«This hotel was everything I look for in a hotel when booking! It was super clean from walking the hotel entrance in to the room. Although the water pressure seemed a little low while showering and flushing of the toilet, it didn’t overshadow the good. This hotel didn’t serve complimentary breakfast, however they had purchasable items. It didn’t have a pool but it didn’t need one! «Clean, quiet, and friendly, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of parking for our trailer. The owners and staff warmly welcomed us back for our second stay, and one staff member even offered to bake us cookies! «Terrible experience. Owned by a couple and the wife is so mean and hateful. I accidentally got a stain on the sheets and felt so terrible about it. I balled the sheets up and put them by the door thinking they would be picked up. I came back that evening and nothing had been picked up. The trash was taken out and that’s it. The woman of the couple was watching for me to return from behind a curtain in the office and knocked on the door 5 minutes after I returned. She called me “disgusting” and ...
