«My husband and I (and our pets) really enjoyed our stay for numerous reasons: The kitchen was well equipped / There were plenty of towels / Nice glimpse of the river from sink, bedroom and front porch / Discount on a kayak trip (Loved floating to Lake Superior!) / Bed didn't hurt our backs / Close to a few great restaurants and convenience stores / Clean / RELAXING. Thank you so much for a great stay!»

«We loved the location on the lake and took advantage of the rowboat to go out on the lake. It is an easy trip to Munising to see the sights and to Marquette. The cottage was very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. The sleeping porch was particularly nice to wake up and look out at the lake»

«The home was perfect for our mini UP getaway. The addition / main bedroom was where my husband and I spent most of our time hanging out. It also smelled fresh and nice like new wood. The rest of the house was quite musty smelling, which is to be expected with an older seasonal cabin, but it should be noted because some folks with allergies may experience a reaction (our kiddo did). Luckily the weather was unseasonably warm so we opened the windows. The porch was also a great place to relax ...

«Good location near Munising and several attractions. The property was clean and had plenty of bedding and towels. We used both the grill and fireplace, which was great! The only downsides were that the beds were very squeaky, so not good for light sleepers, and the beach isn’t really one you would swim in due to the algae and muck - still enjoyed sitting lakeside tho! We also had our dog, and it was great to find a place that was pet friendly.»

«Lovely location in the heart of the forest. The cabin was equipped with everything you might need. Very nice variety of children's books/movies/games/outdoor toys, well beyond what we imagined. The children absolutely loved the place and the long swings outside. The cabin was clean, pleasant, and cozy. We had a great time and would love to be back.»

The water was beautiful and the drive attractions was a short distance given the remoteness of the cottage. I wish the dock would have been up but regardless it was a great experience and would highly recommend.»
