«Great location, so very convenient. However, the reasons I am giving the accommodation a 3/5 are three-fold. First, upon arrival the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a coffee stain on the table; crumbs of food in the fridge; and small pieces of trash on the carpet next to the kitchen counter. Second, the first night we had a miserable nights sleep because there was a motion detector light in front of the sleeping area, so every time we moved (or even coughed), multiple bright lights ...

«Spacious, easy self check in instructions, very clean. Having laundry and a kitchen was so nice. A bit out of the way but lots of good dining options if you're willing to walk a few minutes, and very walkable to many sights in Kyoto - we didn't need to use any public transportation.»

«This is our second time staying at this place and we just love how it’s in the center of Gion district surrounded with the best food spots. We also love how close it is to shopping, nishiki market, karaoke, all the fun stuff!! The space itself is huge and the onsen is just the cherry on top after a LOOONG day of walking/exploring. It’s < 20 mins away from Kyoto station as well.»

«古民家で、少し昔の京都の家を体験出来たような気持ちになりました。部屋数も多く大人数でまた来たいなという気持ちになりました。駐車場も中々付いてる宿も少ないので、ワンちゃんや荷物も多かったので、助かりました。設備も整っておりよかったです。»

«This property was excellent, better than photos reveal. Everything was in great shape and the property provided some toiletries as well. 2 toilets and 2 showers were very convenient, and the property was in close proximity to 7-11 and Kyoto station. Great!»
