Luksushoteller i Shenandoah Valley

«Excellent as always the staff is remarkable and Claire is amazing as well as all the entire front desk staff and check in»

«The facility is indeed compact in its design, including the common areas and rooms. Room space is just adequate. High quality mattress. The shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable and the flow rate was not adjustable; the spray was too powerful and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good both mornings that we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful.»

«Furniture/chair needs replaced. The arms of chair were stained and thread bare. Also carpets were cleaned but worn and stained.»

«Really nice staff. Clean rooms and the hotel in general. Nice rooms.»

«We stayed here for one night as we where driving through the area. The hotel is generally quite new and holds a modern standard. What bothers me about a brand new building (as a non us resident) is that there will still be quite a noticeable noise disturbance from neighbour rooms. This could have been alot better. We slept well though as the noise calmed down around evening time. Breakfast was very simple - just a few choices of yoghurt, muffin, granola bars, oatmeal and cooked eggs. »

«The beds were ok comfort wise, but several stains were present on the bed skirt and a few pillowcases had small spots. The bathroom ceiling had mold in several places and the tub has a steady leak that I couldn’t stop. The floor also had stains. The TV couldn’t connect to YouTube/apps and I couldn’t get the WiFi menu to come up. «The hotel has a few positives: a firm, comfortable king-size bed, modern TV with Netflix, standing shower, mini fridge, free all-day lobby coffee, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and a 24-hour gym. Room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Both the air conditioning and sink had unpleasant odors. The thin walls made neighboring conversations and laughter clearly audible at 11 PM. The pillows were extremely flat and soft—even stacking four barely provided adequate ...

«All positive»

«Pleasant staff. Delicious food. Quiet and restful. Enjoyed sitting out underneath the wood awning. Close to town.»

«Staff were polite and helpful, the suite we stayed in was comfortable and clean. Good rates and convenient. Would recommend to anyone.»

«Bad bad smell and air quality.»

«This inn is old and historic. Passed down through many generations. It was interesting and Uncle Charlie’s room was comfortable. Breakfast was good not until 9am. They now have a full time live in innkeeper which is helpful. Convenient to Vineyards/wineries, JMU, Massanutten and breweries. The beautiful Shenandoah valley can’t be beat for scenery!»

«The room actually clean ac and fridge work properly.»

«Nice hotel. Good Value.»
