I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The location is great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and centrally location in the Shenandoah Valley. The house is charming on the outside and modern on the inside. There is a great family room. The back yard space is amazing. Hot tub, seating, dining, fire pit and some room for yard games. We don’t travel a lot with our dog, but Daisy joined us this time. The fenced back yard was the main reason. And as others have mentioned the host is great and very responsive.

Weekend getaway

Everything was amazing. The only regret we had was that we didnt have enough time to do everything we wanted, including all the house amenitites! Next time we will book for a week and bring family. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub and spent all our time in the house not sleeping in the gameroom!

Our family had an excellent time! We enjoyed every moment and the wonderful amenities, including the hot tub, gaming options, and especially the PIZZA OVEN—we had a blast! Additionally, communication with the owners was seamless and greatly appreciated.While our overall experience was fantastic, we did feel that the cleanliness of the home could have been a bit better. It wasn’t a major issue, but a little more attention to detail would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

Family Vacation

The house was great, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is wonderful. The hot tub was wonderful as well. The house has alot of sitting options and it has a fairly big backyard. We will definitely book if we are staying in the area.

Perfect location & great fenced backyard

The home was immaculate, comfortable and felt like home right away. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and more and the hot tub was so relaxing. The home was close to the Shenandoah National Park and about 30 minutes from Bear mountain adventures where you can take the whole family zip lining. I’m 58 and had a blast there! We def recommend this home as the neighborhood is so quiet.

Great getaway

Lovely property, just as described. Brought our three boys and dog. Grandma and grandpa stayed a night with us too. Place was so clean we thought it had been just opened for the season! So we were pleasantly surprised to see the recent entries in the guest book. We really appreciated having a fenced yard for our pup and the dog park a short walk down the street. We enjoyed the local parade for the holiday. Also took a scenic drive on Skyline drive and made a visit to Luray Caverns. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Property

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Fabulous family and pet friendly home. We spent multiple evenings outside roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. You can even see some mountain landscape from the yard. We had some beautiful sunsets while we were there. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed for making meals and settling in to play games and relax. Host was very attentive and helpful even when we had a last minute request. Would definitely recommend renting this property. It was a great home base while we visited our friends in the area.

Close enough to Shenandoah NP

We went up to visit the NP. We loved the house because there was lots to keep my teens entertained. The house was clean, the town was sleepy. It made for a quiet and nice visit. Communication with the host was easy. She was very organized and thorough.

Fantastic House!!!

This house had everything we needed and everything we wanted too! We especially loved the pool table and arcade game! Having a fenced-in yard for our dog to play fetch in was a huge plus and the house was very clean (and beautiful)! Would love to come back someday!

Awesome

We so enjoyed our stay. I am originally from the area and came to visit with family. I came with a friend and we made this a girls trip/family visit. The home was perfect for our stay. We also did some antique shopping. I would recomend the Antique Emporium in Strasburg. After a long day of antiquing it was wonderful to come back to the hot tub! The house has all the comforts of home. The backyard was relaxing and safe for my doggies. There are so many things to do in the area, but our focus was family and antiques! Our stay was stress free, our host Veronica was very attentive and easily accessible. I cannot think of anything negative. A wonderful place to stay!

A beautiful house

My spouse and I were celebrating our 4th anniversary and chose to stay in this beautiful little house. Everything was perfect and the house was clean and very well put together. Everything You need

This is definitely a place to "chill"! The host thought of every little detail when equipting the house for guests. It is very clean and has all of the comforts of home. We loved the coffee bar, pool table and the arcade games. There is a also fuseball and an array of indoor games to play Our pups enjoyed the spacious outdoor fenced yard while we enjoyed eating dinner on the patio. There is also a beautiful hot tub, fire pit and hammock to enjoy. The process of reserving the house was flawless. Veronica kept in close contact with us throughout the process. They even have an app with a plethora of information about the house and surrounding area. It is located in a neighborhood that has easy access to area attractions.

Fun house!

Great home, well stocked kitchen with extras like coffee bar and pizza oven in back yard. Loved the game room with pool table and classic arcade game. The hot tub was great to ease sore muscles after long hikes in the park! Beds very comfy, lots of space in rooms. Was a bit warm upstairs at night, not able to get thermostat adjusted to our liking completely. Double shower head upstairs was amazing. Great place once you head inside, hosts have thought of all the essentials and more!
