«We had a perfect getaway for three couples. The layout provided plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable without having to share bathrooms. The absolute highlight was the deck overlooking the river-it was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. Having such a scenic, peaceful space to gather made our weekend truly special. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!!»

«Great setup on the river. Close to hiking and other amenities, like Masanutten water park. For us, the setup of the property was even better in person. Kids loved the loft. We used the hot tub every night along with the fire pit. Lots of wood split and ready. Kayaking was a blast and really beautiful views no matter what direction you look. You can hear the river flowing from the house with the windows open. Even our dog had a blast! Everything was clean and organized. Highly recommend. »

«We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were communicative. Unfortunately, two of the bedrooms upstairs had no blinds or curtains. We also found parking up the steep hill to be a nightmare. Finally, there were just too many rules including that we had to wash one load of towels “to help the cleaners” which didn’t really make sense to us. Besides those three points, we enjoyed our stay, house is lovely and the area is beautiful. »

«WILDFLOWER RETREAT was a perfect size and location for our group of (originally 6 adults) turned out to be 5. The check-in process was smooth, allowing for early access, kitchen was adequately stocked, beds were comfortable. It was clean and spacious so we never felt cramped. We did not use the hot tub due to rainy afternoons. Having a 2 car garage allowed for 2 additional vehicles on the driveway. «It is a very lovely clean apartment, easy check-in and out and a helpful host. We enjoyed our stay a lot! It is on a working farm so we saw and heard farm animals. We set outside and enjoyed the nature around, we got a visit from the farm dog, pet goats, saw fireflies and were followed everywhere by cats. Cats were the best, so friendly and cuddly! I recommend this place.»

«The house was very well kept. Our only complaint was that the beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. The layout was perfect for our family. The grill worked for grilling hamburgers and the table seating worked for our large family-9 adults and 6 children. One suggestion would be to supply coffee filters that fit the machine there. Normal filters don't fit.»
