«No River Access, no way to use kayaks, no king bed. First the property is very nice and clean. Had all the tools and supplies we would need. Problem was there was a king bed listed. There was only the queen and bunk beds. I am 6'6" so this was a selling point over other houses. Also there was no River Access to use the kayaks or go fishing. I was told to go on another property to get there, nope. They also spring on me after I booked it was 150 to rent the kayaks, very expensive. Also note that ...

«Great setup on the river. Close to hiking and other amenities, like Masanutten water park. For us, the setup of the property was even better in person. Kids loved the loft. We used the hot tub every night along with the fire pit. Lots of wood split and ready. Kayaking was a blast and really beautiful views no matter what direction you look. You can hear the river flowing from the house with the windows open. Even our dog had a blast! Everything was clean and organized. Highly recommend. »
