«It’s in a very nice shopping plaza next to a grocery store restaurant in movie theater, so it was perfect for me. It’s been relatively recently renovated, but besides that it was very very clean and the staff was excellent from front desk to the night audit and even the woman who did breakfast was really lovely and the door to breakfast prep was open so I could see how clean it was in there.»

«Helt greit hotel. Vi brukte det til overnatting, og var ikke i nærområdet. Veldig hyggelig betjening, som hjalp med informasjon om steder å besøke på vår reise videre. »

«The shower was cold. I told the person in the front. And he said I have to let it warm up for 15 mins. I will not stay again.»

«The staff was helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was good.»

«They gave away our room before we arrived. Put us in a room with one bed that was unmade and used. Changed us to another room not serviceable told us it was fixed. No hot water for shower. Waited till checkout for hot water. Had to leave without showers. Front desk staff did not care.»

«The room smelled of sewer gas. When I complained, staff came into my room to inspect, took towels out of the bathroom and didn’t leave replacements. The smell remained. The a/c sounded like it was on its last legs. Mold and swollen wood surrounded the shower. Hair and beard trimmings were in the sink upon arrival. Bathroom fan ran constantly and was loud.»

«The staff was just not welcoming or helpful.»
