«While it was a very charming, clean, comfortable and a great located hotel in Friday Harbour, our room sat on the back of the hotel, overlooking a grocery store unloading doc, that had bright lights shining through the window all night long (You need black out curtains). «I am sure this place was epic in the 70s. Now I am sure the only people that would like it would be in their 70s. Literally isn't anything to do after 4-6pm. The little bar/restaurant stayed open till 9pm. The part of the property we stayed in the building was extremely dated and poorly maintained. Our room smelled like mold. «No air conditiong. No daily service. Noisy. 2 K cups for coffee. Office does not open until 1 pm. No one answers the phone number listed on office door. How this got a high rating is beyond me. And worst of all toilet is stained brown and does not flush waste the first time.»
