«The property is beautifully decorated and all essentials provided. We came to relax and we did! The actual town of Shaver Lake was almost closed, as this is the off season. Gas was very high, fill up on Fresno, choices of eateries was limited. Overall, very good stay. The VRBO owning was very accomodating. I give this place a 9.»

«The house was lovely and, for the most part, as expected. The basics are there, although the shampoo and conditioner bottles were both empty upon arrival. There aren't many "extra" touches, like side tables near the beds or seating other than the beds in the bedrooms. But the trip was great nonetheless for a long weekend away with the family. We would definitely return. And, the host was responsive when I called which is always a plus. »

«The tiny cabin in Shaver was lovely. Everything was pretty much exactly as advertised, and the location was off the main road and easy to find. Restaurants and convenience stores were just a short distance and passwords and codes were provided. The fireplace worked perfectly and made the space feel cozy. The mattress was a little lumpy and the sheets and blankets probably could have used a good wash, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. »

«Overall a Nice Stay, But Some Disappointments We stayed at this cabin and overall had a nice time—the area is beautiful and the cabin itself had a cozy feel. However, there were a few issues that took away from the experience. There were ants in the kitchen, which made food prep a bit frustrating.
