«Greetings & salutations,This is my 1st VRBO booking and there were no surprises other than, how big and fully stocked the kitchen was! The pictures do the place justice, great mattresses on all the beds. Great fire pit and decks. We ran out of Body wash and before you know it, Door dash dropped some off (thank you Beth!!)Definitely like being at a nice hotel, no stripping of beds, just run the dishwasher and take out the trash. «This is once again a terrible experience using a VRBO listing. We were contacted a few minutes to check-in that the cleaning staff were not done and ready for us to occupy. This was awful because we had been out and about all day and needed to clean up and freshen up because we had a show to attend in Shepherdstown at 5:30 pm. I told the contact we did not care if cleaning people were there we needed to get in at 4pm as promised and we would be gone in 40 minutes!!! but we need to get ready! ...

«We had a slight hiccup when checking in, but it was quickly remedied. House was great with lots of living space for our large group to spread out. I would definitely rent again and will if we are in this area again (likely since our daughter lives in the area). Kitchenware was adequate for our needs. Could have used a few more towels. We weren’t able to reach the host near the end of the trip (asking about the towels) but most needs were met by the management company. Had to add one more day ...
