We had an absolutely amazing time at Sultan Garden Resort. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

FANTASTISK BRA HOTELL !
Jeg var der nå i jula 2022 med en venn. FANTASTISK bra service på hotellet ! Alt med dette hotellet var midt i blinken, både romservice, vaskefolk, å hvor eksemplarisk hyggelig ansatte er på alle resturanter, å barer som er på hotellet. Er veldig mye bra basseng, både for store å små. Resturanter er veldig allsidige, å viss man har valgt ALL INCLUSIVE så er jo alt inkludert i prisen. FANTASTISK bra valg til VENNER, FAMILIE, Å PAR som er ute etter et hotell som har ALT man kan ønske seg.

Lovely and relaxing stay.
My family and I stayed for 8 nights. We really loved this resort. Clean and large rooms rooms with basic toiletries. Food was varied, fresh and appetizing. The restaurant was clean and the staff offered a really great service. The pool areas were tidy, clean and it was great with the possibility to choose between 5 different pools. I traveled with my grown children and we preferd the adult pool, since we found the main pool very noisy and quiet enoying. The music volume was constantly turned up and down, and it was impossible to find any peace. The adult pool was wonderful. Music at a tolerable volume and lovely staff at the bar and a very helpful pool attended. This lifted our stay 100%. I also want to praise the standards and cleanliness of the all the toilets around the resort. Especially thanks to the cleaning guy in the Dana restaurant. Dedicated and efficient. I only have one negative comment; Please install dishwashers in the pool bars. It is not a good idea to rinse used glasses just in tap water. Very unhygienic and a unnecessary risk of spreading diseases such as Noro-virus, Hepatitis A. I find it strange that a resort with such high standards hasn't done this already. All in all we have really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year.

One of the best all-inclusives I've ever been to. Food is the highlight here, the chef team have impressed every night for my 2 week stay - I enjoyed every offering, 3 times a day! All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Perfect location, with heated pools, fantastic dive school on-site, great for a winter escape! Plus: 24hr drinks, 2 mini golfs, and soft serve ice cream!!

The property is extremely well kept, the photos on Expedia don’t make justice, the place actually looks even nicer! The customer service is amazing, they make you feel like royalty. Buffet selection on the meals were great and the ambience too. The only thing is about the other guests, we did see lots of East Europeans to be very rude with the staff, that was awful :/

A great stay for the family
I stayed at Sultan Gardens Resort for 12 nights. My group was my wife and 1 year old daughter. From the first night to the last, we had an incredible stay. The staff are some of the most friendliest and helpful people I've encountered on my travels (special mention to Lofty in the main restaurant). The quality of food in the resort is fantastic, the rooms are all clean and well maintained. There's pools, a private beach, kids play area, kids pools, and other activities during the day to keep you entertained. But most of all, we wanted a relaxing comfortable time away and we got that. The staff especially are excellent - they always have a smile on their face and go out of their way to play, talk and entertain my daughter when they saw her. My only issue is the wifi in the rooms is a bit hit and miss, but this is a minor issue. In all other aspects, we were really happy that we decided to stay here, and are already thinking about returning next year.

Impressive dedication to customer service!
Despite some issues both before & during our holiday, I am pleased to be able to give this resort a 5 star review. Negatives, Hotels.com state that this resort offers a transfer from the airport. You are instructed to contact the hotel 48hrs in advance to arrange this. I emailed the hotel 3 days before arrival & again 2 days before, yet failed to receive any reply to this date. I also telephoned 48hrs prior to arrival and my call whilst answered, was left off the hook with no communication for a full 4 minutes at International call rates. So contacting the hotel in advance is nigh on impossible! In the event, on arrival at the airport we were forced to haggle for a taxi at a cost of 20 Euro. I was subsequently advised by the hotel that they operate a scheduled shuttle at a cost of 5 Euro per person each way. Also, my partner used the Spa for a 2hr treatment but felt let down when it ended up being less than 90 minutes with only 30 minutes was in massage, the other hour in preparation using Sauna, hot tub etc. Positives... What impressed me most was the way in which these issues were resolved and how all the staff from Mohamed on reception (one of many as Mohamed also the name of our room service attendant and some waiting staff) to the staff in the Spa plus all the restaurant staff just couldn't do enough to make you feel special. The Spa staff gave my partner a complimentary repeat massage and for the issues regarding shuttle we received an upgrade and free transport on dep.

オールインクルーシブの割にリーズナブルな価格で、おいしいお酒とご飯をたくさん楽しむことができました。雰囲気がよく、部屋には担当の方がついて、困ったことがないか気にかけてくれます。部屋は清潔で、窓からは海と朝日がきれいに見えました。温水プールもありましたが、1月だと少し寒かったです。プラン内だと、ビールやワインが1種類がずつしかなかったのが少し残念でした。マリンアクテビティを楽しめる場所は、ホテルから少し遠いので、外部のツアーを予約するときは時間に余裕を持つことをおすすめします。

Great hotel, fantastic with small improvements!
We enjoyed a great stay with Sultan Gardens. Few points for improvement, labelling of the food as very difficult to know what your are eating / what the sauces are. Just more detail and labelling everything clearly. The shop at the hotel is extremely overpriced, which i understand to an extent but maybe worth trying to improve this as there are shops just outside that are cheap! Other than, a beautiful, clean hotel with great pools, a lovely beach and mostly friendly staff! I would stay again.

The staff is amazing, attending and hard working. I got there just to enjoy quite time.. didnt leave the hotel.. eating swiiming and getting fat !!!! 😃😃😃 I read a here someonev recomended about the Indian Restaurant ,House of Spice It was AMAZING. .. And I ate in Restaurants around the globe 4-5 Continents ... and lived in many large cities around the world. .. so this restaurant is a must while in Sultan Gardens ! In SSH. ... enjoy ! The massage. . The spa needs an update but the package of body scrub and 2, 55 min massages Made my 3 days out of 7 days I stayed there Well go enjoy and gain weight like I did... cause there is good food all day long 😃
