«Vi hadde et fint opphold på hotellet. De fleste ansatte var veldig hyggelige, noen kunne gitt litt mer av seg selv. God frokost. Vi savnet heis, da vi hadde veldig tung bagasje pga 2 uker i England. Litt ubehagelig med alle store og små hunder som ikke var i band og fikk gå fritt på både inne- og uteområdet. Vi reagerte også på å bli vekket kl.08.00 av en familie i bassenget selv om infoen på hotellet var at bassenget åpnet kl.09.00. »

«It's ok if you just want a bed for the evening. Very tired throughout and needs a full refurb desperately. The reception was sketchy at best and often unmanned. Don't bother with breakfast. It's not good That being said, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Shanklin itself is also run down. «Location was perfect. 5 minute walk to beach and old Shanklin. lovely and a very good sized house. Service from the Island company was great when we advised the rug smelt of dog likely from previous guest. Came and collected rug. Maybe just make it clearer there is a tight turning to access rear of property for parking. We had no issues but less confident driver may struggle but doesn’t detract from lovely stay in the property and week on the island.»
