«This property is actually better than advertised!! The host has been meticulous with the details and provides all basic amenities. The home was clean and the beds were all comfortable. There were plenty of towels!! No complaints from anyone. If we have reason to return to Lincoln, we will definitely be staying there again!!»

«This was a beautiful little place, close to Capitol Lake and so conveniently located to UNL and downtown. Very easy to navigate getting downtown to Haymarket within minutes. It was located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood so very relaxing after being out and about through out the day. Very clean and the owner was so kind and responsive. This is definitely a place we will consider when we are in Lincoln again!»

«Not a bad place to stay for a night. There was a hornets nest by the garage door not the worst thing just kind of annoying. The fans and ac unit in upstairs bedrooms were not really working so sleeping temp was a little rough but not unbearable. Kitchen and living room were a great temp. We wanted to arrive early so they did accommodate that and it was appreciated. Nice neighborhood too! Wish we could have explored the shops nearby more.»

«The Girlfriend Getaway was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Back yard was perfect for relaxing. Quite neighborhood. Great walking/jogging trail just down the street. It seemed pretty centrally located so close to everything.»

«The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and ...

«Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.»
