Agradecemos que haya valorado positivamente el trato y servicio recibido por parte de nuestro personal.Disponen de acceso a la ubicación cuando realizan la reserva por lo que tienen forma de poder echar un vistazo antes de llegar de la localización teniendo en cuenta que estamos situados en pleno centro de la ciudad, en cualquier caso antes de su llegada les enviamos un mensaje avisando de la dificultad de llegar en coche y con la información del parking más cercano que está situado a solo 5 minutos. En cuanto al show de Flamenco, es otra información de la que disponen ya antes de hacer la reserva., el personal de la organización sabe que hay gente alojada y por ello hay un pasillo por el que poder acceder sin ningún tipo de problema ni restricción.En cuanto a las llaves, solo dos de ellas son de uso obligatorio, el resto tal y como le explicamos a su llegada son de uso opcional.Esperamos que a pesar de estos puntos que nos comenta su estancia fuera agradable y que disfrutara de su visita a la ciudad.Saludos cordiales,
