On the right side, the apartment features a modern bathroom with contemporary finishes and a walk-in shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay. From this area, there is direct access to a charming private patio, a true highlight of the property, furnished with outdoor seating that invites guests to relax in a peaceful and intimate setting.

On the left side of the studio, the living and sleeping area has been designed to provide maximum comfort. It includes an elegant dining table for four guests, a high-quality and comfortable sofa bed, and a Smart TV. In the same space, the open-plan bedroom features two single beds placed together, a spacious built-in wardrobe, and large windows with direct views over the square, filling the space with natural light.

Plaza de San Leandro, in the heart of the historic centre, is a peaceful and charming spot, ideal for immersing yourself in the authentic essence of Seville. Its traditional tapas bars, small local shops, and low traffic make this area a true oasis for visitors.

In addition, the main monuments and points of interest are just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing guests to enjoy the city comfortably without the need for transport or a private vehicle during their stay.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
