Will stay again,next time in Sevilla
This is a big,modern,comfortable,well run hotel. Parking is convenient,cost EUR20. You can walk to most of Sevilla sites,there is also a tram service running to Plaza Nuevo every 8 minutes 2-3 blocks from hotel. We had booked The Level which was OK, plenty of wine and booze, not so many choices in the snacks/food department. Sevilla was warm(33C) and it is hard to understand why pool services (pool bar, bath towels etc) had been closed down for the season. Finally, let med add that the Hotel restaurant Quimera was exeptionally good. Be sure to make a reservation, space is limited.

Helt greit, men litt slitent. Hyggelig lounge.
Vi hadde bestilt dobbeltrom med adgang til lounge (Level). Første rommet hadde klesskap med dørhåndtak som hang og slang. Sminkespeilet på badet hadde en løs skrue (!) sånn at det var ubrukelig fordi det også hang og slang. Da vi oppdaget at det ene vinduet sto på gløtt fordi det var umulig å lukke, ble det litt for mye defekter og vi krevde nytt rom. Fikk beskjed om at det var fullbooket og umulig å få annet rom, men vi krevde fortsatt annet rom og fikk det. På det neste rommet fungerte alt bortsett fra at en av lyspærene på badet skulle vært skiftet. Loungen var topp og resepsjonistene der var svært hyggelige. Frokost i frokostsalen var rikholdig, i loungen mer moderat.

Great location, a few minutes walk to the plaza de espana. But the property itself wasn’t up to our expectation. The carpets throughout the hallways were stained. Plenty of doors had cracks. So the first impression was of a rundown shabby place. The room itself was decent but had a few issues- 1) The shower would get immediately clogged, so you’re always standing in a puddle. 2) The first night, there was a tiny bug crawling on the bed (seemed like a spider) - so we just moved it and didn’t really bother much since we were tired and it was late. 3) Finally, there are no outlets next to the bed so it’s not ideal for charging phones but wasn’t a big deal. The staff seemed nice. Overall, it was a below par experience.

Interior was nice Shower was very low in pressure, TV had many channels that don't work at all and many that have rubbish reception. (An engineer checked it out twice) Mixture of a cabling problem and an inability to retune the TV. (Poor) The room said it had aircon but on the second day onwards it got very warm and after speaking to the reception twice they only do heating at this time of year and so no real aircon. (Very poor not as described and not helpful).

La ubicación es muy buena. Cuando estuvimos tenían problemas en los ascensores, lo cual imposibilitaba moverse con facilidad y mi madre tiene prótesis en las rodillas, por lo que bajas las escaleras varias veces fue un reto. En algunas dos ocasiones recibimos atención del personal para bajarla por el ascensor interno del hotel, hubo disposición en apoyar. Luego en general puedo decir que fue una estancia muy buena, pudimos descansar mucho y disfrutar de la ciudad.

The hotel is super outdated for the price you pay. The first room was dirty so we had to change. One lift and a half that allows 4 people at the time for 300 rooms, is not convenient as you end up spending 10-15 minutes for the lift sometimes. The bed is small and there are no plugs near it.

Disappointing experience. A horrendous in-room dining experience - food served in cardboard boxes! and an overpriced New Year's Eve party... The rooms were expensive, a little dated. Location was fine. Parking was really terrible (old & dirty) but it doesn't belong to the hotel. Breakfast was good, service was nice, but there's too many options around, to recommend this place given the shortfalls.
