Our apartment has been designed to offer you maximum comfort during your stay. Being on the ground floor, access is very convenient. The space is distributed as follows:

3 Bedrooms: Spacious, quiet, and furnished with quality linens to ensure a restful sleep after a day of sightseeing.

2 Full Bathrooms: Equipped with a shower and hairdryer. Clean towels are provided for all guests.

Interior Patio: A wonderful spot to get some fresh air, enjoy your first coffee of the morning, or simply relax.

Living Area: A cozy living room with air conditioning (heating and cooling) where you can relax and plan your itinerary, with free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a refrigerator, coffee maker, and everything you need to feel right at home.

Air Conditioning: We want to be completely transparent to ensure your stay is perfect. The accommodation has air conditioning, but please note that one of the three bedrooms does NOT have air conditioning.

Access to the accommodation: You'll have the entire house to yourself! Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Access is via a modern and secure digital key (a smartphone with an internet connection is required to open the gate).

We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We will be available 24/7 for any questions or assistance you may need during your trip.

You'll be staying in a fantastic area surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, ensuring you have everything you need. It's a popular spot for locals to meet up for a beer or some tapas. The location puts you within easy walking distance of everything:

Historic Center: Just 1.7 km away.

Triana Bridge - Isabel II: About a 15-minute walk.

Royal Alcázar of Seville: 1.9 km away.

Plaza de España and Santa Cruz Quarter: 2.7 km away.

Nearby points of interest: Very close to must-see monuments such as the Giralda, Seville Cathedral, Maria Luisa Park, and the Maestranza Bullring.

Nearest station: The accommodation has excellent connections. You will be a few steps from Metro Line 1 (the Parque de los Príncipes or Plaza de Cuba stations are very close), which will allow you to move around the city in minutes. You also have city bus stops at hand (lines 3, 4, 7, 41...).

From the Airport (13 km): By public transport, the easiest way is to take the special bus from the airport (Line EA) to the center (for example, Prado de San Sebastián stop) and there take Metro Line 1 direct towards Triana/Los Remedios to your nearest stop, or a taxi/VTC (about 20-30 minutes away).

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
