Modern, minimalist, and spacious 75 m² apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living–dining area with kitchen. Carefully designed, well equipped, and with a maximum capacity of 4 guests, located on the first floor.

Situated in a very local area in the historic city center, in a magnificent newly built building with elevator and rooftop swimming pool + solarium.

The living room features a sofa bed, TV, and a large dining table. The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the living area, includes a comfortable island-style bar with high stools. It is modern and fully equipped (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.). The apartment is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.

The main bedroom has a 150x190 cm double bed and a modern en-suite bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm) and a modern bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower, accessed from the living room. Both bedrooms are spacious and interior-facing, ensuring a good night’s rest.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant, newly built building with a beautiful interior courtyard featuring an olive tree, from which the different apartments are accessed.

In the basement, there is a shared area with washing machines, dryers, and portable drying racks. You will also find cleaning utensils there (broom, dustpan, mop, etc.), stored there due to space, for you to use whenever needed.

The neighborhood is a very local and lively area in the city center, with a wide gastronomic offer, bars and restaurants, culture, and local lifestyle. From here, you can easily walk to the main points of interest in the city.

We are not a hotel nor a serviced apartment. Additional cleaning services or other extra services are available upon request.

🚫 Smoking, making noise, organizing parties or events, or improper use of the facilities is not allowed.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the guest being directly responsible for any damage or incident caused, with penalties and possible eviction.

The building has security cameras in the common areas to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests.

Access to the Apartment

Access to the building and the apartment is via a code, which we will send you before arrival. There is no in-person reception, but we are always available if you need assistance.

Please enter the code correctly: repeated incorrect attempts will block the lock for 15 minutes for security reasons.

Mandatory Guest Registration

Spanish law requires the official registration of all guests .

To access the apartment, you must provide the official ID documentation of all guests before arrival.

Shared facilities located in the basement, at the end of the corridor downstairs. Cleaning utensils are for communal use.

No glass items allowed

No luggage on the terrace or pool area

Take all personal belongings with you

Do not climb onto the glass structure or adjacent roofs

Any accident will be the guest’s responsibility

Water

Tap water is safe to drink.

Laundry

Hanging clothes from windows or balconies is not allowed. Please use the dryer or the common areas in the basement.

Rubbish

Bins are located by exiting to the right and taking the first street on the right, Calle Churruca.

Keys

❌ Loss or failure to return keys will incur a €60 charge per set, deducted from the security deposit.
