Our relaxation massages which are a light to medium style pressure perhaps what you were hoping for would have been a Deep Tissue Massage or Registered Massage Therapy. I am sorry you did not enjoy the plunge pool, you are correct it is different from a hot tub and therefore is a lower temperature. It is meant to be more gentle on the skin and body system so that people with various health conditions can enjoy. We will continue to grow and evolve because we have a team that cares about how you feel and about service excellence. Our palace is located inside of the old town of Seville and all monuments and restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel.
