Unique House 5Br- Private SPA&POOL - StayInSeville

A UNIQUE 255 m² house with a private pool and spa, located in the historic center of Seville, next to the lively Alameda de Hércules square.

You can walk to all your sightseeing and shopping destinations and return to this haven of peace to relax and enjoy the UNIQUE amenities available to you, including the pool on the terrace and the spa in the basement.

All rooms have a king-size bed (180x200), a walk-in shower, a toilet, a TV connected to the internet, and a large closet.

Three of the five rooms have a fold-out sofa for an extra person.

The pool is open all year round and is heated throughout the year. All rooms offer hotel-style comfort.

The house is quiet, yet only 200 meters from Seville's liveliest square in the evening and offers complete tranquility during the day and evening... The place to be

Our house is unique in that it offers a rooftop with a heated pool all year round and, in the basement, a private spa area with a jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam, all in the heart of Seville.

It is spread over five levels, opening onto a central interior patio and a rear patio:

- Basement: Jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna opening onto a rear patio

- Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room (with a high-quality sofa bed), dining room, kitchen, and a bedroom for three people opening onto the rear patio with a double bed and a single sofa bed

- First floor: For 5 people / 2 bedrooms (one facing the street with a king-size bed and another onto a rear patio with a king-size bed and a single sofa bed opening)

- Second floor: Same as first floor

- Third floor: Terrace with swimming pool and sofa area.

In total, we have 15 beds, but we limit ourselves to a capacity of 13 people.

The house is located on a very small, quiet square.

The stairwell roof is being repaired so was covered in a large wooden board which blocked out light to the property. Apart from this the property was very clean and in a great location. Would recommend it for a large group.

Our stay was great, the house is very well located within walking distance from all Seville's attraction and restaurants. Communication with Laureen was very smooth and easy.The house was spacious for our family of 7 and the facilities were great.Great Spa in the basement and nice rooftop with a swimmingpool.

Comfortable house well located for exploring Seville on foot

We are a family of 4 couples and spent a week in mid september at the house. The weather was very warm but we were very comfortable. We walked into Seville every day and got to see most of it, visited most of the historical places in the mornings, ate out (Seville is teeming with places to eat), returning mid afternoon to rest our legs and cool off in the the rooftop pool. We did venture out a couple of evenings as well but cooking in the house with the small, two ring hob and microwave oven was a challenge. There is an express supermarket just around the corner and an Aldi a short walk away, so no problems getting supplies. Definitely use a taxi to get from/to the airport but otherwise we didn't use any transport during our stay. In summary, the house is well located, very comfortable, we had a great time and we would recommend it.

Great house!!! We had 11 people and everyone fit comfortably. The property is located in a great area with convenient grocery down the street. Only about a 20 minute walk to central. Amazing sunset views from rooftop. Our property manager, Laureen did a great job communicating and assisted with airport transfers.check in and out process was quick and easy.

Great location - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Sevilla. The property was immaculate and beautiful; the property manager (Laureen) was very responsive and incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend the flamenco show she reserved tickets for us for, Sala Almoraima - intimate and one of our favorite experiences in Spain.

Nice accommodation for large groups

The location of this villa was very good, close to all amenities and restaurants. It is in the heart of Sevilla, and while that has many pluses, it is located in a corner of buildings, local shops and roads. While we appreciated the access to many great amenities, the house itself was a bit challenging due to 5 stories of stairs (to get to a proper sitting area for the larger group- and the pool). Interior sitting spaces downstairs were on the small side and felt a bit dated- and the roof top location needs some repairs around the skylight. Also had some challenges with various odors coming from the basement - (likely musty from the hot tub). There is no doubt there is plenty to offer in the house- ample bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, sauna, pool, steam room, hot tub. Just be prepared for tricky parking if you bring a car (parking garage 1/2 mile away) and a busy central location.

Parfaitement situé et facilement accessible. La maison a beaucoup de charme, les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées et fraiches. Seuls bémols : des odeurs provenant des toilettes (chambres) correspondant a dés remontées de canalisations, et un moteur de VMC bruyant au niveau du rooftop qui est dû à un probleme de fixation causant des vibrations. Très bon sejour dans l’ensemble, on recommande.

Great for family holidays

We had a great time at this 5-BR, four floor unit with heated rooftop pool, plus hammam, sauna and jet spa pool in the basement. Laureen welcomed us on arrival and was quick to respond to all inquiries during our stay. We were 4 couples and one child. It was unfortunate that their keypad entry system wasn’t working. It was a bit tricky to coordinate our schedules with just two sets of keys. It was very convenient to be able to prepare and eat food in the house; the kitchen was equipped with basic appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) cutlery, plates, and glassware. Instructions on use of the stove, oven/grill/microwave would have made it more convenient, as would the provision of dishwasher tablets for the duration of our stay (we only had 3 tablets for our 5 night stay). Location was great, being central, walkable to and from everywhere/tourist sites/groceries. Highly recommended!

A Wonderful Stay

We were visiting Seville for 3 days and 2 nights during our trip and there were 9 of us in our group (ages 65, 54, 45, 45, 41, 15, 12, 7 and 5). The accommodation was more than spacious for all of us and in addition had the benefit of relaxing in the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi at the end of each long day of sightseeing. Perfectly located in the heart of the city making it easy to get around and such an amazing selection of restaurants right on your doorstep. Also large dining area to accommodate take-out from nearby indian and italian restaurants which we took advantage of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE and hope to return to enjoy Seville during the spring and/or summer.

Be a local resident!!

We loved the house, even with the stairs. The kitchen/dining room/living room was just right for us and allowed us to be together. The bedrooms were very well appointed and beds were so comfy. We loved that each bedroom had its own toilet and shower! There were even sauna, jacuzzi, and Scandinavian style sauna, plus washer and dryer in the downstairs basement. The location couldn’t be better (unless we could live in the Alcazar!). We could walk easily to many areas of the city. But we didn’t feel like an outsider. Rather, we felt like real residents of the city. Restaurants were plentiful as were markets and shopping areas. Anna did a fabulous job in helping us get settled and made sure we were comfortable in the house. Thank you, Anna. We loved this house!

Great place to stay in Seville

We had a great stay at this property. It is set up for individual groups living with a common area, meaning all rooms have a locking key and are exactly the same with extremely comfortable beds and nice showers. We rented the whole unit as we were two families with nine people. More than enough room. We didn’t use the spa since it was so hot but we made good use of the pool. It was small but refreshing. The kids enjoyed it. Check in was great and Anna was very responsive to any questions/needs. In avery safe and fun area. Not far at all to the main tourist attractions.

Prachtig verblijf op een zeer goede locatie

Samen met 4 andere stellen (10 volwassen in totaal) zijn we 4 nachten verbleven in deze woning. Na een hartelijke ontvangst, hebben we genoten van het heerlijke dakterras met zwembad, ligstoelen en bank. Maar ook in de kelder was het goed vertoeven in het bubbelbad, sauna en stoombad. Alles was goed schoon en de woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. De woning is centraal gelegen en per voet, fiets en step heel goed bereikbaar van en naar alle bezienswaardigheden in de stad. En binnen 1 minuut lopen vind je een plein met allemaal restaurants. Enige kleine punt van aandacht was wat ons betreft de harde matrassen. Maar dit is maar wat je gewend bent. Ik zou deze woning zeker aanraden om in te verblijven. De prijs - kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Bedankt voor het heerlijke verblijf!

Perfect Stay-Boris is fabulous

We came to Sevilla for Féria and loved these accommodations. Every room being exactly the same made sleeping decisions easy. We walked everywhere as it’s it a great location. Only caution is that I was a little nervous with small kids staying here as there are TONS of stairs and they are open all the way to the first floor in the center. Makes for a really cool layout and open feel. But worth noting as it did make me nervous having 3 kids 6 and under staying with us. Boris is the greatest. Checkin was easy. He gave us great recommendations and went above and beyond, even printing out tickets for us for the futbol game. We will be back!

Best pool in Seville at one of the best properties in Europe

This VRBO IS OUTSTANDING!! I have used VRBO all over the world - in the US and Europe and this property holds up as one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. The property itself is huge and superbly updated for Seville. The nicest rooftop pool in town on a shaded roof top deck that we used all the time. The kids loved the hot tub, the hot dry saunas were popular with the dads. 5 bedrooms all designed the same, comfortable bed, large chair, strong toilet, fantastic rain- style shower and shower wand with plenty of water pressure for 8 of us to take hot wonderful showers. The glassed in shower right behind the bed was a little “RockStar” for my taste, but fun for a week. Most everything worked, from the coffee machine to the saunas, hot tub and pool jets. We had some minor issues with the AC (turning off in the middle of the night) but the problem was easily solved by the very attentive and professional property manager. The location is perfect, right near a lively plaza with lots of good food options, walking distance from many other attractions yet in a quiet corner of the city (Plaza Europa) that made the stay feel very quaint. In all my years of using VRBO this was probably the best run property I have ever been to. From start to finish the communication was excellent. There are lots of amenities and on our arrival the property manager was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. Even when things went wrong he was attentive thru text. Just nice to see a property as beautiful as this one, also has a very good team making it feel as luxurious as it looks.

Great for multiple couples

Loved that this property was conveniently located which made walking to all the areas of Seville very doable. Each bedroom has its own bath, making it ideal for up to 5 couples. We enjoyed the rooftop sitting area and pool. Decor was modern and fresh. Beds were quite firm/hard and more towels, including pool towels, would have been nice. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Seville!

Group of 14 friends

A group of 14 friends, four couples and 6 singles stayed at the place for two nights. It was convenient for walking places, clean, plenty of room, and nice patio area on the roof with a small pool, and a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room in the basement. The only thing we wished they’d showed us was where they kept the blankets for the main beds (you need to lift up the bed and they are inside the bottom frame) and that the electricity to the basement (this the washer and dryer) turned off at 10. It’s not a good place for cooking big meals, and they need more wine glasses, plus both corkscrews to open wine bottles were broken. Other than those minor inconviences, it was a lovely stay.
